Gaserui online sales company not to be trusted
This is an online sales company which create misleading advertisement and put untrue statement of 15 day free refund that is false to mislead buyers with poor quality product.
I bought a an auto focus spectacle (buy 1 free 1) at rm99.00 after viewing their video display that show excellent sharp auto focus both short and long sight, but when l receive the products, both the spectacle is totally unclear with no auto focus.
I requested for refund but they refused did not want to honor their 15 day refund guarantee, but instead offered a product replacement that required me to pay more.
I disagreed and they kept having email exchanges to insist on me paying delivery cost for replacement product. At one moment a customer service rep agreed but then another customer rep disagreed.
Do not buy from this online seller Gaserui which is a cheat and fraud with misleading video display advertisement to unsuspecting clients and giving false empty refund guarantee to cheat client to purchase.
Highly a dishonorable and misleading online seller with high misrepresentation in their advertisement and poor quality product. Will be filing my complaint to the consumer association and to the authority next on this company.
