Our old boiler was around 20 years old when we decided to upgrade. This boiler is fantastic, heat is instant and hot water on tap. The smart meter is a fantastic new addition to any house and very easy to use.

Initial assessment 9/1/23 and boiler fitted 10/1/23 which was all very smooth. The engineer kept us fully updated with what he was doing. Even offered to mop my floor as it had been pouring down all day. The installation was very slick and completed in time stated. Follow up phone calls were much appreciated. A surprisingly pleasant experience.
Not only were we made aware clearly in advance what the costs and benefits of the installation would be, but we were told engineer arrival times etc. By far the most impressive element of the operation was the engineer himself. Ashley was polite, personable and totally competent, and nothing was too much trouble. Telephone calls were always efficient and professional- no unnecessary waiting for an answer.
Well done and thank you to all at Gas Fast.

My new boiler was supplied by Gas Fast and the whole experiance was a good one. The fitters had my old boiler out and the new one in within a couple of hours and tidied everything up after themselves. I had a 16 year old boiler and didn’t want to risk it breaking down. Order 14132

Great service from quote to install

Quote was much more competitive than the 3 others I sourced. Their standout service was the install team (Brian and Levi) - had the panels on within a day, all cables and equipment were super neat and they cleaned everything up afterwards. 2 months later, everything is still going great.

Great Service Despite Misquote
The surveyor misquoted us with regard to our shower unit in relation to the boiler which meant a new unit (costing £500) was needed. Gas fast didn’t charge us any more, once the new part arrived they were round in a couple of days. The fitters were very good and answered all of our questions, very good service.

I would never use gas fast ever again
I would never use gas fast ever again. My boiler broke down. As it happened I got a call from gas fast saying I was entitled to a discount on a new boiler. They would not give me a price. They sent someone out the next day to take a look boiler. He was upstairs about two minutes. He came back down and told me I needed a new one which would cost me thousands of pounds. I was desperate and agreed. I’d spent all week in cold and had no hot water. I’m 67 year old and disabled. They told me they would fit it following day. Then they phoned to say the fitter could not come and said he’d be here on following day. To cut a long story short. I got in touch with a gas register man who is a friend. He came to look. Guess what. He fixed it in two minutes. Something to do with pressure. He didn’t need any parts. It was not broken as I was advised. He was as really angry that gas fast had left me with no heating and were trying to make money out of me. I did cancel my agreement with them. Thank goodness. Avoid at all cost.

Richie (stitches) came to our house and from the offset he was polite. The one thing I liked the most was that he was very matter of fact and honest. Not only did he tell you he had the evidence to back it up. He wasn't pushy and didn't once make us feel it was something we had to purchase. Being new home owners something as big as this can be quite over whelming but stitches put us both at ease from the onset. Thank you richie for your time and honesty. It was a very quick process and the fitting date was so m uch sooner than I thought it would be which is perfect. We can't wait for our new boiler to be fitted.
