Steve Gaskin has some great tradesmen…

Steve Gaskin has some great tradesmen and craftsmen in his contacts book and they all made a smart final build for our extension. We changed our plans a couple of times along the way but Gaskins went with it without fuss. In hindsight I should have up specced some of the elements and made sure all the suppliers where tried and trusted. I did take a lot of photos of each stage which helped the project management and Building Regs and kept track of where joists and power cables lie in the walls for future reference. Overall we are pleased with the result and the end cost was fair, but we have had one or two issues with the render which Steve has been swift to address and which is hopefully sorted but he/we are keeping an eye on it which says a lot about Gaskins approach to customers.

patio repointing

We needed our patio repointing as it was done by somebody else very poorly some time back! Steve gave us an honest quote of what was needed, explaining options and prices before we excepted the work to happen. Gaskinbuilders did a fantastic job, the guy was polite and respectful of our properly. He did a great job and are hoping they will be back for further work at our home soon!

Kitchen Wall Removal

Very pleased with Steve & his team in respect of the building works we had undertaken as part of our new kitchen project. We had an external wall removed, lintels added and boxed in and plastered. The finish was to a high standard and within the timeframe we needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gaskins Builder.
