Took until the third booking!

Took until the third booking for the Engineer to arrive. Bournemouth is in the Company’s Bristol “region”, so hardly local.
After payment, I was informed the firm only do morning bookings- hardly ideal!
Far better to chose a local firm with a local, more flexible engineer!

You get what you pay for

Poor customer service.
Very hard to speak to someone over the phone or via the Chat. There should be more representatives manning these communication channels.
The service provided by the actual contractor was excellent, but as the intermediary, PropCert need to do better.

All good. Quickly responded. Had electric and gas certs for selling my house.
Came when arranged, very helpful with what they were doing, clean and tidy. No stress

Everything went wrong

Everything went wrong, Gas Safety Check Carried out and after few weeks servicing carried out, the engineer who carried out servicing said that the boiler is not safe due to the gas valve in boiler and capped it off. How this is not picked up by Gas Safety engineer, if boiler is deemed danger? Hence all went wrong.
