I ordered items from Gastro Held, paid in advance — but the delivery never arrived, and all my emails and calls have been ignored. Their customer service is completely unresponsive, and I’m still waiting for a refund months later. TrustScore 1.5/5 says it all — this company simply doesn’t deliver.

I ordered a metal cabinet and the service from Gastro Held was good in relation to the low price. I will recommend that you are in contact with the shipping company directly to secure your delivery, particularly if you live on a small street due to their large trucks. The delivery by the truck driver was excellent!

The worst service, they are lost!

Don't use these people. I ordered a number of items that they said were "ex stock", 2 arrived at random points during the next 2 months. One has never arrived 4 months on.

Be careful! Horrific customer experience! I ordered a new pasta machine for several thousands of euros and the machine is not working: This is not the fault of Gastro-held, but when I tried to contact customer services to fix the issue, I get a call centre visibly outsourced to a 3rd party company which is only capable of repeating every time I called : ”we transmitted your demand to technical services and they will call you back.” But nobody is calling back after 4 requests by phone. Same silence after 2 direct mails! No answer and I don’t know what to do now, except posting my frustration here and warning future potential victims!!!
