Very straightforward booking, from Kayak. Did not like the continuous and confusion upset options however. Price better than direct with BA, so I'm happy.
Good to choose a flight, would be great if you can give 0n the site the language choice and more details regarding the luggage.

I could not use my tickets… I had to…
I could not use my tickets… I had to change the outbound date and could have used the return ticket. But though I had taken an insurance, it did not work. Gate1 told me that Delta would not fly me back if I did fly to the USA with the 1st ticket. My insurance was for Nothing !!!
I had to buy 4 tickets again ...

We booked early
We booked early. We never received the ticket by email. We called Swiss who told us they had no reservation for us. The only way we were able to call the services of Gate one was because I had booked an emergency service when making the reservation. We called and they told us there was no ticket
We had to buy another ticket and it and as it was only a few days before the flight, we paid triple the cost.
Please come back to me so that we can organise reimbursement.
Never again.

French and english language required!
Hello,
The booking went well and got the informations needed. Two notes by the way;
1) I couldn't find any way to change the language into french! Or english.. Wich was difficult for me having only a little notion of german.
2) The informations by booking the flights about chosen/ extra lugage wasn't well indicated. I ended up randomly having automaticaly one extra lugage on the way forth and only one handlugage for the way back. Not that handy...
Hope this will be fixed the next time!

You have canceled my trip without any information. I had a little e-mail with no explication whatsoever about the cancel of my reservation.
Never again will i reserve on your site. Thank god i could find an other ticket on the same day. with an other company.
Your should close your site and never more sell plane tickets.
If i would not seen your little e-mail all my bookings for hotels, trips...etc would have been lost.
