Completely Ignored After Purchase
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with Gatedcommunity and have been trying to get an update regarding my purchase. I have now sent four separate emails and have not received a single response.
A company taking customers’ money should at least provide basic communication and customer support. The lack of response is unprofessional and makes me question whether they value their customers at all.
At this point, I am left with no information about my order and no way to get assistance. Until they improve their customer service and start responding to customers, I cannot recommend ordering from them.
