XRP held hostage/poor customer service

Sophia has corresponded with me for three months (March 9, 2022- June 2022) months. She can provide additional information. All she tells me when I check the status is that there are no updates and no other ways to resolve this issue. In other words, hurry up and wait!

My issue with Gatehub was finally resolved a couple of weeks ago. I am truly thankful to those who had to intervene to make it happen. It is too bad that I had to post on this site to get support because their team is not attempting to provide good customer service. I added two stars. Now they have three from me.

Recieved reply same day but I am not satisfied.

Recieved your reply almost same day but not satisfied with the process. It is bit lengthy and difficult for me. You should make it simpler. My account should have been opened as individual as default. I am not even able to see my wallet.

Terribly slow support

Contacted support to disable 2FA, only got an automated response asking for a picture. Picture was taken and sent to them. Now it's been more than 2 weeks and still no reply and 2FA is still active.

Had an old account with old phone…

Had an old account with old phone number. Went through their credentialing with my official photo, picture of me, signature. They created a NEW account and did not give me access to my OLD account. Sent in a request through support and its been over a week with no response. Super shady company and regretting ever dealing with them. Also I am suspicious of giving them ALL my new information again. I credentialed already with the original account. Why I do not use foreign exchanges anymore. Too many crooks.

Xrp ledger wallet error issue !!

I am dealing with the issue that I cannot access my xrp ledger wallet. The investigation development from Gatehub is investigating since last year but still no improvement. Now I received 2 times an email with the request to send the old rec key so Gatehub can transfer my funds to my new account which I have created. Can you please advise if the below email is an scam or real from Gatehub as they are not allowet to ask secret information...?

I had a problem in not receiving emails…

I had a problem in not receiving emails to my linked address they sorted it out within 48 hours and Im now up and running again, as for delays in receiving payments I cash in some Ripple coins today it went through straightaway and my money was in the back before I even had time to log on I was going to move my other ripple coins over to another company but I'm sticking with Gatehub now, very happy

Very poor service

Very poor service, simply a scam. Best thing I did was reported them to the police and filed a claim with refund_cart that recently refunded my losses, found them on google. This bunch got me to invest from a loan, they're simply a scam company. Nobody can prove me wrong.
