Negligent big corporate landlord / property management company
The other reviews online speak volumes and I can’t understand why any luxury property developer would willingly ask for Gates Hudson to take care of their real estate.
Since I’ve moved in there have been mice, leaks, black mold, satellite wifi that stops working when it rains, a trash service that doesn’t actually do pick up, no maintenance staff, repairs that do not clean up known toxins and carcinogens that OSHA doesn’t let employees breathe but they’re fine with letting resident inhale, a remote key system that doesn’t work, a secure parking garage that didn’t have a door that closed for over six months, homeless people sleeping in the hallways, plants growing out of the sides of the building, masonry falling apart, and they have passed through their duties to shady third party data collection companies for: paid pet registration when I don’t have pets, an AI lease renewal system that violated state tenant laws, and a utility manager that is billing me for utilities that my building doesn’t even have.
I really love the neighborhood I live in but this place is a mess. I’m out.
