We used him to do work dragged feet with contract and at end of week hit us with another 2 k for water drains issues we agreed he could do extra work. We got told we didn’t need to pay until we was happy with job and not even given time to check work before he got pushy for the money. The drainage doesn’t work and as expected being ignored regarding this. The contract also never showed up.
