I don't know how accurate the tests…I'm just unsure
I don't know how accurate the tests are. My concern was that I was sensitive to wheat and my test came back with a strong sensitivity to corn. This blew my mind! I have lost weight by restricting wheat in my diet for a few months now. Corn was my alternate replacement. I have not noticed any bloating or sensitivity from corn. Hmmmm? I was interested in what the test said I needed in probiotics and will follow up with their recommendations.

Very interesting, some suprises
Results Took a couple weeks. I new dairy but some results were very interesting.. I always thought I was gluten sensitive but it was corn, corn meal etc and amound flour that I reacted to.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused here. Our test is digital, so you won’t receive a physical testing kit. Please check your emails from us for information on activating your test online. After activation, you’ll simply need to send your hair sample to our lab for testing.
Regarding the monthly charge, this is for our optional meal planner service, which is separate from the test itself. We appreciate that this may not have been clear at the time of purchase, and we’re sorry for any confusion.

Overall good. The only issue I have is on my results it says I am reactive to chocolate milk and hot chocolate but doesn't have anything about chocolate itself. Am I reactive to things in hot chocolate and chocolate milk like the milk and other ingredients and not the cocoa in it. I've scoured over the test to make sure I wasn't missing anything. The point is there are holes in the test where it makes it unclear.

They are very quick with getting you the results. Got my message saying they got my sample and then fast tracked my order and got my results, the same day. Its great knowing what im sensitive to, as there were things on my test, that I would have never known I was, and that were my favorite foods. Love that it gives me a chance to stop eating the highly sensitive things for me and see how my body changes. I recommend them to anyone who is willing to change their diet to feel better.
