Things it says I have a low tolerance…
Things it says I have a low tolerance for or things I shouldn’t eat are things I’ve eaten many times and some in large quantity’s and have not had any change in gut reaction or anything. Also a more expensive test had different results than this. I would spend more money and get a better test.

With food sensitivities, symptoms can sometimes take several days to appear, which can make it difficult to pinpoint a specific trigger. It is also possible to overconsume a food, and it’s quite common for foods eaten daily or very frequently to show as a moderate or high sensitivity.
This can happen when the body begins to struggle to process or break down particular constituents of a food. It may be linked to overconsumption of a food group, an imbalance in gut bacteria, or low-level inflammation in the gut.
It’s also worth noting that results from different tests can’t always be directly compared. Different providers may use different manufacturers, testing methods, testing panels and laboratory processes, which can lead to variations in results.
For this reason, results from one test may not necessarily match those from another, and differences between reports don’t automatically mean that one test is incorrect.

Please check NHS and Gut health websites before buying this. No scientific backing whatsoever. Don’t be fooled. I went by Trust pilot but unfortunately didn’t look deep enough. I have sensitivity to soya and eggs to name 2, the test said these were fine. Very disappointed and feel I’ve been scammed.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the postal service or delivery method you chose to use, so we’re unable to influence the transit time before your sample reaches our lab.

I bought 2. Sent in 1. Do not think it gave me any valuable information. Would like a refund on the second on. My son is not interested to do the sensitivity test. Waste of money.
