Scammers for sure, ordered a dualsense charging station which obviously never arrived. Paid by credit card thankfully. Hope they get caught.

Complete scam, we lost £450 for a PS5. Gave us tracking numbers, even had it as in my local town for delivery. Then website disappeared and contact ceased. We reported to Action Fraud along with all screenshot. Both rad logistic and upnextgen are on companies house so I hope police find these people who think it is acceptable to steal from kids at Christmas

We got scammed too
We got scammed too. Ps5 and charging station which never turned up when it was supposed too. Contacted many times and heard nothing but luckily done a charge back via amex for ps5 and money returned in a day and got money for charging station back in another bank. Got a email from the scammer asking why we done charge back and that they would have refunded us if we contacted them 🙄. Husband stupidly ordered another charging station because he felt bad as scammer was convincing it wasn't a scam and now regrets it.

This is not genuine
This is not genuine. We had order for xbox series x. Lots of correspondence up till delivery day. Very believable. No delivery and no way of contacting them. Delivery service initially answered calls and confirmed delivery date and time. No delivery and now no way of contacting them. This is a SCAM. Do not be taken in. The loss of money is bad but way worse is no Christmas present for my son.

If I could give a 0 I would. They have scanned my friend out of £450 for a PS5 they never intended to deliver. It was due for delivery yesterday. They stopped responding to all correspondence and have now deleted their website. The “courier” they used has also taken its website down. DON’T DO IT!!!
