!!!BEWARE GB AIRPORT TRANSFER are a SCAM!!! Ordered a taxi in February for £72.50. Had very authentic looking confirmation. Day before the booking I receive what’s app message (in broken English) telling me that the price had risen to £100 because ‘it’s the weekend’ (see photos) explained that I had confirmation of the price and the booking. Furthermore I pointed out that the whole point of booking in advance was for peace of mind (see photos). They said they would refund but I never received, they stopped reading my messages too once I started to query refund length. They said ‘it would take some time as bank transfer’. Bull! What tosh! We know that it takes minutes to send money. I had to go through NatWest Scam team who assisted me in getting all my money back. NatWest confirmed GB Airport Transfer were a scam company. It appears that they are based in India and simply ring taxi companies the day before, which anyone could do. NOTHING is actually booked when you place the booking, they just take your money. Additionally it appears that all the 5 star reviews here are fake. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY OR PAY MORE ON DAY. AVOID, AVOID AVOID! If I could give ZERO 0 stars I would. Absolute tools!

5 of us travelled from Ireland to Stansted, heading to London for a funeral yesterday. We were greeted by Bradman our driver who was superb! We were collected an hour earlier than requested, as he was watching our flight time, and he even brought us to and from a café before the funeral service began.
We also organised for Bradman to bring us back to the airport after the funeral, and he was extremely accommodating in collecting us at a different venue and getting us all there on time. A very genuine driver, who went out of his way to provide a fantastic service at an exceptional price. We will definitely be using his services again.

Bradman was our driver to and from Luton airport and he was a pleasure to deal with. A thorough gentleman and offering helpful advice. Well done. I will be recommending this company to anyone I know visiting London.

A group of 6 Irish ladies arrived in Luton airport where our wonderful driver Bradman greeted us. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and our experience was so good we have all agreed that on our next visit to London we will certainly be booking with GB Taxis. Thank ye so much for our wonderful experience.... Especially Bradman. A gentleman through and through.

Booked a taxi for gatwick to Brighton and needed to cancel due to a flight cancellation few hours before the pick up time. Called up and cancelled. The advisor asked to send an email which i did. No response for days , and then got a response from a random email address saying that refund is not possible as per cancellation policy.since there were few emails - all from different email addresses. The cancellation policy is nowhere to be seen on the website and as per regulations should be very clearly outlined at the booking. Escalating to higher institutions. Stay away.

Spot on, time wise, as we are tuck away, was impressed, lovely young man, polite and was a nice pleasant drive to our venue, on time for a wedding really pleased

We had a very smooth journey, good communication throughout the process. There were no problem with online payment as we paid full beforehand. Driver came on time, got email and text confirmation with driver's details.

Made a several days in advance booking to get back to Norwich from London as there were train strikes that day. Paid way more for this than they advertise on their site.
My friends and I waited for the taxi. Nothing arrived. No messages received. No phone calls. Eventually we called only to be told that we had to wait two hours as they were busy. What was the point of pre-booking at a specific time if this was their attitude? We needed to be back at by a certain time. When I told them this was not acceptable they slammed the phone down on me rather than discuss things.
Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Had booking confirmed, no taxi showed up after midnight at stansted airport, impossible to call with an unrecognised number and the chat system does not work on the phone. Zero contact or apologies from the company. We wasted 4 hours ...unbelievable service !! The confirmation was 100% clear and now the company say we should have paid a deposit which was not mentioned anywhere other the payment terms "pay by cash".... rediculous waste of time

Useless, don;t ever try this company .

I booked GB Airport Transfer to pick me up from home and take me to Eurostar International St Pancras to catch the train to France. My train ticket was booked and I paid a deposit to to GB Airport Transfer as requested. 15 mins before my pick up time they phoned to say the driver was ill and they were trying ti find another. Then they asked me to sort it myself. Then they said they sent someone else. I was beginning to panic about timings to catch my train so took their advice and, eventually, found myself another company (who will get an awesome review).
GB have ignored my emails to request my deposit back. They did not supply a taxi and I almost missed my train but they still have my deposit.
Horrible company. Don't risk it.

Everything seemed good at the beginning. Our flight arrived earlier and the driver was able to pick us up a bit before the scheduled time. But as soon we sat on the taxi, he started talking about the price we paid and how much he is actually getting from the taxi company. I do believe these are not topics that should be discussed between a taxi driver and the customers when a booking is done through an intermediary. It was very ackward. As soon as we reached home, the driver asked us to pay the balance by cash … it was never mentionned in the confirmation email. We do not carry hundreds of pounds everyday in our pockets. We felt stuck outside at 10pm with our little one year old. The driver tried to be helpful by calling the taxi company but the person on the phone was absolutly unhelpful. He sent us an email asking for the payment in cash from a random gmail address. We felt cheated in front of some “friends” trying to make extra money out of their customers. After 30mins of discussion we received an official email from an official email address and made a bank transfer.
I do not recommend this taxi service to anyone and this kind of transactions in cash for hundreds of pounds should be banned as it is very unprofessional !

Driver was in time and car was pretty clean
