We ordered a Divan a month or so back and it was delivered with a part missing. I contacted GBB and they sent someone out with the missing part and fitted it for us. The Divan subsequently developed an issue and GBB again sent someone out to replace and assemble it for us.

Probably the best customer service we have received anywhere. Sometimes things do go wrong but when a company responds as they have it is all good.

Highly recommended.

I recently bought a mattress from B & G Bedding. Friendly sales staff, plenty of stock to choose from. delivered on the day promised. The mattress is excellent.

Very honest and helpful company, every one we delt with were friendly and not pushy.

We ordered on a monday and after a call to them on thursday they delivered the bed a day early, very grateful for this as had been sleeping on blow up matress.

Will purchase from them again.

Absolutely brilliant service. Family based company which provides a great variety of mattresses and beds to your preference.
I went there with no idea which mattress I wanted they were happy to show me many of different mattresses. I also enjoyed testing the difference mattresses I ended up with orthopaedic Bethany mattress. Thank you so much for the help the mattress was delivered when asked for. Would recommend going down and viewing the show room. T
