Ordered directly from them, and the returns process is manual. You need to send to an address and include your own letter in the parcel. There's no returns form or anything to print. I returned my order, waited patiently for three weeks for it to be processed, and when I did not get a refund or hear anything, I contacted them directly to see what the status was. I had tracking on my return so I know it was delivered. No reply after two weeks and still waiting.

Excellent Quality Castors
As the wheels on my Office Chair were literally disintegrating I purchased a set of their replacement Office Chair Castors.
They were very easy to install and they make a HUGE difference.
I would order from them again and will remember them if I need other kinds of castors.

GBL Casters
In one word CRAP, again Chinese quality is terrible.
The bearing is loose and has to much Free play on each caster all 4 is identical in substandard manufactured products made in China.
Cheap and cheerful will not last 5 minutes and you will need to buy another set of Casters very soon.
The little ball bearings will pop out and put holes in your hardwood floors and mess-up any laminated floors quickly.
Don't buy these poorly made Cheap rubbish Casters manufactured in China,
You have been warned.

I am so frustrated with this company. Superb products but no after care, customer service contacts, emails with no replies, facebook with no replies. The wheels are useless - came without all the parts - cant even return them.
