I used GB Liners to pack and move my goods into storage and then redeliver to my new home 6 months later. Packaging included a couple of very fragile items. The team at both ends of the activity were professional, polite and hard working. Comms with head office during storage was great too.
I do not hesitate in recommending them.

From start to finish the whole services was exceptional. I was visited at home for a full quote to be arranged, Martin was professional and diligent, offering a calm approach. He was informed and provided a great initial interaction. I popped to the Cheltenham branch where the couldn't be more accommodating, providing boxes and packing material, even help me load it in the car. I used the new online portal which I found to be intuitive and user friendly keeping me up to date at every stage. On the moving day the team arrived on time and ready. The walk around went perfectly and the team set to empty the house professional and quickly. They also packed my garage and did so swiftly. Once we arrived at the new house they were brilliant again, laying down material to prevent damage. They set to emptying g the vans and did so swiftly and made sure everything was in the right rooms. I couldn't be more pleased with everything and I would recommend GB !iners to anyone who ask for a recommendation on movers. Very please.

The whole process was excellent from the original assessment, arrangements for the removal with the Altrincham office staff, collection of goods from the storage unit and the house to the delivery at its destination.
At all times the Altrincham branch office staff and the two removal men were excellent. I could not have asked for more from the whole team, Thank you all.

Efficient service considerate staff and caring about packing contents.

Everything was packed, stored and delivered with care without any damage or loss. The team who packed and the guys that delivered were effective, helpful and friendly. The paperwork needed for an international move was kept to a minimum and was easy to understand so all-in-all, for me it was a stress-free move and exercise.

We moved from Brighton to Alicante. The Brighton office were so helpful and professional. The removal team were very professional, especially in Spain were they had heavy garden furniture to take to our roof terrace. They didn't complain and amazingly got the furniture up. Nothing was broken and we are extremely happy with the company. Highly recommend them 🤗

Friendly team who worked their socks off!

We used GB Liners to complete our move from the Midlands down to Cornwall. It was a 5 day move in total, so really hard for them to schedule when the timing of completion kept being changed by other people in our house-buying chain, but the staff in the office were super understanding and accommodating.

The team of guys from the Leeds branch who actually completed our move were absolutely great. They worked SO hard, could not have been more helpful and were utterly respectful of our property. They were also just really nice to each other as a team, which made them a pleasure to have around during what is essentially an unsettling, disruptive and stressful process. Their overall demeanour made a real positive difference.

I would highly recommend GB Liners, as their price was reasonable in comparison to other companies and their service was very professional and efficient.

The two young men who did my packing and moved me were excellent. I was ill and stressed and they were so professional but also so helpful and friendly. They did a great job of packing and loading and also unpacking at the other end. I have used GB liners for more than 20 years for all my moves. I will continue to use GBLiners in the future.

I also found the people in the office really good as well. They amended my move to fit in with me and were incredibly helpful and understanding.

Ash's team from Loughborough were great - friendly, accomodating, and efficient. The consultant who came over for a quote to start with (Rajesh) was also thorough and made sure I had all the information, as well as being proactive with recommendations.

I'd just suggest to other prospective customers who have to renovate their new homes first, to give yourself ample time to change the moving date.

The four men worked very hard and efficiently. Everything was carefully packed and all boxes labelled. Nothing was damaged. I can thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again.

Lee, Marcus and Tom were extremely efficient and careful packing all my belongings down to the corkscrew and to remote control. Lee was especially kind helping me set up when we arrived at our destination. Altogether their support gave me confidence and lowered my stress levels considerably

For our second GB Liners experience we moved furniture from the UK to our second home in France. Sophie at the Cheltenham branch is a breath of fresh air, always so cheerful and super keen to help in any way. She certainly goes the extra mile. John led his team comprising Jamie, Paul and Lewis on pack and load day very efficiently and instilled a sense of calm to the whole process. We definitely felt our belongings were in safe hands. They went above and beyond to help us and even jumped to our assistance when my husband and I were trying to reorganise some pieces of furniture in our home.
John and Jamie drove our belongings all the way down to SW France even calling me to let us know as soon as they had cleared customs.
All the GB Liners crew were a pleasure to work with given that an international move can be quite a stressful process. The team were super cheery throughout. Thanks to all concerned but a special shout out to John for his calm command of the process, Jamie for his cheery disposition and keenness to please and Sophie for being wonderful throughout.
