A very professional and personal moving experience with GB Liners Cheltenham. Great care taken by all the team involved and a quiet efficiency to ensure in all the “upheaval” of a house move, everything went to plan. Thanks to Sam and all the team.

The team of removers were excellent friendly and efficient with everything well packed.
Unfortunately there had been a mix up with dates with the surveyor which led to a stressful couple of hours. But the Operations team fixed the problem,very grateful to them .

Really good comms in advance, very accommodating on changes, arrived on time, crew really helpful and efficient on collection and delivery.

Everything went as planned - almost to the minute! The Cheltenham branch of GB Liners planned and handled this somewhat complicated move to perfection. The crews on the vans gave a very professional touch to all aspects of the removal - sensitive to our needs and well experienced in how items should be handled. We believe we could have saved money by shopping around, but we knew GB Liners had the experience and resources, so we had no concerns.

Tony and Brian from the Cheltenham branch were fantastic. Very courteous to our old neighbours whilst we had to block them in, and wow they worked hard! We have loads of stuff and an awkward staircase, but nothing phased them throughout the 3 days. Correspondence from the office branch was very easy. The whole process was faultless. Very efficient service returning items stored

Found all of the team both friendly and professional, arrived on time and they were so quick in getting things packed and loaded. They were really helpful when I had questions and extremely thorough to ensure nothing was left behind. Made a stressful couple of days easier.

Our move, which was the first in over 40 years, was made so easy and quick with GB Liners. The guys were friendly, helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble. They worked very hard and we can't praise them enough. We would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

What made the experience great! Well, this was selling a house in England and moving, so really good to avoid. But if you have to, then GB liners do a great job. Paul kept our option open when the sale was not being confirmed. Mandy accepted that we didn't need to pay to make a box that already existed. The guys did a great job loading. Caroline coached me to create an inventory that might (and did) pass German customs. And the team that delivered to storage and then out flat were exceptional. Thanks to all of them.

Very flexible and supportive. We used GB liners to pack and store our belongings. Access to storage was easy to arrange and the whole team were really flexible. Communication was also timely. A shout out to Brendan and his team for a great delivery / unpacking service.

We moved house from Ludlow (Shropshire) to Radcliffe on Trent (Notts) on March 24th - 26th. The two removal staff we.had were very efficient, careful in packing our furniture and effects, and responsive to our wishes. The whole move was well planned and organised. Whilst there was some inevitable difficulty in finding particular items, we feel the whole move went well,and we were glad to use GB Liners for.the.second.time.

Good communication throughout the process. The packers did a very good job and were very respectful of our property. We were moving abroad and they helped support us with all we needed to do to ensure that our belongings got there smoothly.
