Our usual processing time is 1–2 hours, but in some cases additional verification can take longer. We’re continuously working to improve our response time and ensure such delays are handled more efficiently.

Hi Ankit, we take such allegations very seriously. However, we’re unable to locate any order or support case matching the details mentioned in this review.

For security reasons, we never ask customers to redeem a voucher after it has been submitted to us. If you have actually submitted a ₹500 Nykaa voucher to GC Bazar, please share your order ID with our support team so we can verify the transaction and provide a clear explanation of its current status.

We’re always happy to investigate genuine concerns, but we also encourage reviewers to provide accurate and verifiable order details so that we can address the issue properly.

Hi Karina, thank you for your review.

We checked your order ID FK1LHNE4DV and found that the Flipkart voucher submitted in the order was already claimed/redeemed. Therefore, we were unable to process the payout and the order was rejected.
