We have been attempting to get in touch with you for several months however this has been unsuccessful.
Your ring was dispatched on 12th February 2021 however the address you entered on the order was incorrect. The person at that address informed Royal Mail that you were not known at the address, therefore the ring was returned to us.
If you could kindly respond to the emails which we have sent we will be able to get your correct address from you and repost this immediately.
