Used it for a Uniqlo gift card. The payout was not as quick I hoped but it was completed exactly a quoted. A little faster communication would make it a five stars experience.
Took the money from my gift card immediately. Im at day 5 with nothing. No email, no text, and when I use chatbot it says someone will be with you then nobody every answers. Don't waste your gift cards
EDIT: I received the money. It takes a couple days, and there is no communication during any of it. I didnt mind the time taken just being in the dark the entire time is weird.

I think the biggest improvement would be the live chat. Email support get back to me but I waited quite a while hoping to speak with someone through chat. Thankfully, the payout still precessed which is what matter most.
Sold 2 gift cards been 3 days have not heard anything they are a scam A.i run around Justin Cooper is scam artist.

Withdrawals comes out but it wasn't instant! you have to wait 24 hours or more depending on the verification time... once it done, you will get what the amount was quoted.
My documented Target gift card submission is still unresolved after 20+ hours
This review is based only on my personal experience with GCPrimo.
Reference: PRIMO-4242EC-4AF1
I submitted a $50 Target e-gift card. GCPrimo requested the receipt and documentation, and I provided what they asked for. Their own tracker showed the card was received, the receipt was provided, and the payment method was Zelle.
Their tracker also states typical processing is under 8 hours. My submission sat for over 20 hours still showing Received / In progress
This was not a random or undocumented card. It was a legitimate, brand-new Target e-gift card redeemed directly through Zyn Rewards. I have documentation from Zyn, Target, GCPrimo’s tracker, chat, and email.
This card also represents real time and money. Zyn points are earned 15 points per can, and this redemption came from nearly 3,000 points, which is roughly 200 cans worth of purchases. This was not some questionable gift card from an unknown source.
The issue in my case is simple: GCPrimo accepted the card information, I no longer had usable access to the card value, and I still did not receive the Zelle payout.
After waiting about 5 hours for a documented card submission that should have been straightforward, I went to Target late last night to try using the gift card myself because I needed food. The card did not work. I had to leave embarrassed, frustrated, and hungry because the card value I was relying on was no longer usable to me, and the payout still had not arrived.
I also spoke with support earlier in the process. Later, when I reached out through the main support line, the response was essentially that they do not work on Sundays and would get back to me tomorrow. For a service that accepts online gift card submissions and advertises same-day / under-8-hour processing, that was a very weak response to what had become a serious problem for me.
I cannot speak for anyone else’s experience. I can only speak for mine. In my case, I submitted a fully documented Target e-gift card, provided the receipt when asked, waited far beyond the posted processing window, and was left without the card value or the payout.
What should have been a simple $50 transaction turned into a stressful, unresolved problem.
I am still waiting for GCPrimo to make this right.
Update:
GCPrimo did eventually send the $46 Zelle payout, and their tracker now shows the submission as paid.
To be fair, they did pay the quoted amount.
However, the payment came approximately 33 hours after submission, which was far outside the under-8-hour processing window shown on their own tracker. My concern still stands because this was a fully documented, standard Target e-gift card submission with the receipt and supporting documentation provided when requested.
This should have been one of the simplest types of submissions to verify and process. Instead, it took well over a day, and during that time I did not have usable access to the card value or the payout.
So yes, GCPrimo eventually paid. But in my experience, the process took far too long for a documented card submission, and the delay caused far more stress and disruption than a $50 transaction ever should have caused.

LETS GET THIS SITE SHUT DOWN! DEFINITELY GOT SCAMMED! I submitted my hundred dollar Visa gift card to this site and it is supposed to cash you out for it within eight hours. It’s been well over 24 hours and my status has not moved. I just woke up this morning and decided to check the status again and I still have no status update. Something told me to check the balance on my card. When I went to check the balance on my card, I had $.16 left. This site/company used my gift card for two purchases at target. I will be contacting my local authorities and will be spreading awareness on this site as a scam. What they did to me is a theft, and I am going to see to it that I get representation and press charges as such. I have already disputed the charge with vanilla visa and we will see what happens from there, but I will be going to my local authorities first thing in the morning to make a police report on this Justin Cooper individual on behalf of this site/company.

I picked the company bc they said most same day sometimes 14 hours start to finish. Im pushing 4 days now. They habe been on point about responding, but not giving much in the way of info.
They definitely got my money the same day, but I haven't been paid even as of yet. The only reason I took a thirty dollar lots on the gift card was because I needed the money then. Yeah, I could have just went to Home Depot and bottomed wood and sold it for more, then they're gonna give me if they pay me. When they pay me but supply and demand I understand how it works. I need it now you got me over a barrel. But this should be a little bit more transparent. That sometimes these things take up to 7 business days, cause if I had read that written in the same size that I read most or finished or to finish in 14 hours. If under that in the same type, it would have said, but some take 7 business days. I wouldn't have done it.
**edit**
I did get my payout, they were extremely cordial and sent the agreed upon price. While it did take longer than I wanted, I will say that they were very responsive and never made me feel ignored. Changing my star rate to a three. They fulfilled their end of the bargain. Even though it wasn't on my preferred time schedule, they did pay the agreed upon price.

To your last reply: Then fix the amount promised and make it possible to actually talk to someone instead of giving them the run around.
This company is a scam. They stole my gift card, I have contacted the support email and the ai chat several times and nothing gets resolved. I just want my money or gift card back but there isn't a real person to talk to. The number on the site is a non working number. Total scam
Edit: I would like to add that when I reached out just shortly after submitting I asked to cancel my order since there was an issue while uploading my receipt for higher payout or to fix the error since I sent the receipt to the ai chat and was assured that one of the two would happen, but with the lack of communication with the company and it taking me leaving a shitty review for you to finally approve the wrong amount I still very dissatisfied even though you panicked and approved the gift card payout suddenly after the review and before responding.

*PLEASE SHARE ANY CONTACT INFO FOR THIS POS COMPANY!
My situation falls right in line with reviews I've read! I submitted info on 16 June. I continue to send emails & text their Ai bot, etc
I JUST WANT MY $ BACK!
Some guy named Justin Cooper keeps giving me the runaround. Said have everything done in few hours & now it's been 2 days! No efforts in replying to my dozen emails etc
I have certain folks & actions on standby. So, if I dont get my funds returned no later than 4pm cst
I'm gonna take immediate action.
**UPDATE**
If anything, I am a fair man. So, I'm compelled to mention that, GC PRIMO finally funded transaction. I'm not going to continue with the back-forth however, I'm sticking to my reviews & my statements germane to what I've been told by them throughout this matter. I don't care as to what actually convinced them to "make good." I'm simply content with their follow-through.

This site is just GC Circle which was shut down recently for stealing money from people’s gift cards. I gave Primos chatbot my GC Circle submission code and it pulled up a all my submission information from the card! Then the AI tried to play dumb like he was the one that told me it was not their number 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

7Complete and total scam they ghosted me, I was lucky and was able to redeem my cards before they did once I caught on and read other reviews. This site needs to be taken down. They also have a fake address and phone number.
Reply to reply: This is factual, I waited several hours. Plus other reviews are saying their cards were stolen after no response. Your phone number is fake your address you have listed is a law firm, this isn't fair to people who want to make a genuine trade. Return the money you stole from innocent people instead of ignoring reviews
Warning to people reading reviews: with people complaining they did not receive their funds And this so-called company is responding with it with its successful from our side or they are still processing it this is a common scam tactic please do not be fooled .

Payout came through which is the most important thing. I do think communication could be improved because there were long periods where nothing seemed to be happening. That said, I did receive payment and the quoted amount matched what I accepted.
Got scammed lol, they did a pretty good job with the fake reviews below, didn’t do my due diligence and check the accounts. Sold my card and of course nothing back. All the reviews below follow the same pattern on the accounts, if you check. All are super recent, 1 star rating for Apple/Adobe/Intagram/Facebook etc and then 5 star ratings for random gift card exchange websites or crypto scam brokerages. Some accounts below even reviewed the same crypto scam 🤦♂️. Website is completely vibe coded too, website will probably be deleted in a couple of weeks.

I had an unused card sitting around for months. Decided to cash it out instead of letting it collect dust. The review process took around a day but the payout was completed successfully.
Not the fastest service I've ever used but not the worst either. I had to wait longer than expected for verification. Once it was approved, payment was sent the same day. A little more communication would have made the experience much better.
My transaction was completed exactly as quoted. There is a review period which I expected! once the verification was finished the payout was sent.
I submitted two cards at different times and both were processed successfully. The first one moved pretty quickly while the second took a little longer.. other than that, everything was fine.
