Unprofessional
Arrived 17th September at 22:00. Purposefully locked out after 24 hours travel. Neighbours later said 8 college kids on the roof and they had a big party then week before. Gulfcoast vacation rentals had not cleaned the property until the day we arrived.
They had to throw curtains, plates, bed linen etc. Bin liners full, stank, full of maggots and flies everywhere. Pool not usable for five days, TV has 10 channels that's when it works. Not enough furniture for 6 people, 2 sun loungers, loads of broken furniture in the garden, broken BBQ and lots of other broken items inside.
Not managed or handled professionally, have given the company lots of opportunities to answer our complaint and have been ignored.
