Fitters Jonny and Jack did a great job fitting our carpet. Arrived on time very professional. Cleaned all their waste. Very sociable.

Just had Dave and Leon deliver two chairs from GCW Floor and Bed Specialists. Have to say they were very efficient and polite. They unwrapped and built up the chairs and then positioned them both where we wanted them. They even tuck the packaging away with them. Five Stars, Excellent 👌

Superb sales team, was not pushy in the slightest. Carpet has just been fitted by Callum, he has done an incredible job and was very professional and polite. He couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely go there again for my carpets

Good experience from walking into the shop through to having the carpets fitted. Sales team were great and our fitter Jonny was extremely courteous and professional and even helped me move some furniture back into one of the rooms.
We will definitely be using GWC/Flooring express again.

From the moment we walked into the store just to browse to saying thank you and goodbye to the fitters we couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. Lindsey looked after us in the showroom and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured. She was very helpful and answered our questions.
Glynn and Jack arrived on time with a smile and just did an amazing job from start to finish fitting our new lounge carpet. They were very professional and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend GCW and won’t hesitate to use them again. 100% all round and thank you.

My old kitchen carpet was taken up and disposed of, on Wednesday Jan 3rd. I did not get the fitters name, but he was really good, coping with a heavy table, washer and fridge freezer, all of which needed to be moved. He was kindness itself, I was feeling very worried about the extra effort required.

Today the new vinyl was fitted by Mike and Tristan, these same items needed to be moved again, and once again the same approach, all taken care of in a very kind and professional manner.

The vinyl looks great, and the whole experience from start to finish has been made very easy. Thanks to all.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. GCW have fitted us two carpets so far and their service is great. Mike is a brilliant carpet fitter, too. Not only is he really good at his job, he is lovely, will work around you as much as he can and is really tidy. Thank you so much.

Had two bedroom carpets fitted today by Jonny. Really happy with the whole service, Harvey was incredibly helpful by sourcing us a carpet to match our discontinued one. Will definitely be back and recommend.

The whole experience has been great. From entering the shop, to the communication and the fitting . Customer service is excellent. The fitting team Jonny & Tristan were clean tidy and very courteous. Highly recommended them .

Our fitter Callum rang half an hour before turning up bang on time he then tidily prepared all floors before nailing down door bars and gripper rod.He then layed a thick underlay followed by expertly laying and gluing the carpet down on our stairs and landing,he then proceeded to tidy up all rubbish at this point I had to go to work he locked the house and left I’ve come home to beautifully fitted new carpet that feels amazing under foot.Thanks to all at GCW and especially thanks to Callum for a job well done.
