Prima product!

Simple and fast purchase process and delivery!

Ordered a couple of items recently and then received an email notifying me that my order won't be delivered f within the estimated timeframe indicated when I placed my order and if I’d like to discuss this further, to please contact their support team whereby they can
- Provide me with an update regarding my delivery estimate
- Assist me in choosing an alternative in-stock product that can be delivered sooner
- Cancel my order

I proceeded to call them and true to their word, the person I spoke to on the phone couldn't be more helpful. He proceeded to find a similar product to what I ordered. The replacement was in fact a bit more expensive than what I paid for but he kindly waived the price difference and I received my replacement in a couple of days!!

I love the fact that they are so honest and transparent, and genuinely helpful. The way old fashioned customer service used to be.

The yamaha pacifica 612 came back to me about 3 weeks ago. I’m very happy with what the luthier did to it. The replacement and finetuning of the nut has been done perfectly and the frets and fingerboard look shiny!

The reason that this confirmation comes so late is a bit of bad luck. During transport the knob of one of the pots got damaged and the neck got to flat. The strings were buzzing on the frets whilst the action was very high, so I had to turn the truss rod. And I had to re-adjust the trem that just got adjusted by the luthier…
I followed his advice to change the strings and managed to adjust the truss rod just fine. And after retuning and readjusting the action everything is fine.

The damaged knob stays a bit crooked but works fine. The only thing that this model doesn’t have is A-class pots. But I new that when I bought it and the damaged pots only problem is that the knob wiggels when you turn it. But the damage didn’t affect the function nor the looks of the guitar.

This tekst is a part of the email I send to Gear4music, to confirm that this review is about the service of Gear4music as they gave it to me. And I can recommend this shop, and this specific product to every guitar player. High end specs for a very reasonable price! You got Grover locking tuners, Wilkinson trem, graph tech nut, seymour Duncan pick-ups and flamed maple top for 725 euro’s… These specs are the same for the latest 612 models. The only difference is the looks of them, that’s why they are more expensive. But it’s a matter of taste and I’m very happy with the root beer version!

I’m really happy with the product as it is right now. The minor flaws are no problem for me and are beyond the responsibility of Gear4music in my opinion. Although I know they would be happy to replace the damaged knob. I decided to keep it as it is. Maybe I’ll change the alpha pots to high end pots one day, to have more influence on the tone and the volume by turning the knobs. But when you put them both completely open, you won’t notice the pots are small alpha pots..

When you’re searching for a very good guitar with lots of options because of the SSH combination and all the high end specs, buy this one! It looks great, plays great, sounds great and when you buy it from Gear4music you also get there great service on top of that!

After setting the right action , looks and sounds like a expensive bass guitar!!

Quality transmitter and receiver are good. In ear plugs going with the set, not good enough on stage. Only High and almost no low frequency (bass) If you connect quality earphones then sound quality perfect. But those are almost as expensive as the complete set.. I use quality earphones now with the set and I am happy. Delivery and tracking information perfect.

I bought a pair of monitors and one didn't work. Only one pair left in stock, probably not coming back. I wanted this specific model, that was kind of nowhere else to be found. I called the service number (NL) and explained. The guy reserved the leftover monitors for me while waiting for the item's return. After a week I received a brand new pair of (working) monitors.
The guy could as well let me send back the item without doing any effort.

I am happy with a digital piano I bought.
I was looking for a kind of professional piano for home use and end up with Casio PX870. Bought it together with Headphones and chair.
