Ordered a 2026 GMC 3500 Denali repair manual, and got a 2026 Chevy 1500 manual.

Emailed them and the only thing I’ve heard since is crickets, and I didn’t order them!

Complete scam site!

Ordered a 2026 chevy Silverado manual February 2026 and never received it. I did receive a confirmation email with a link to track order, the tracking never progressed beyond “on its way”.

Ordered a 2025 Jeep Wrangler Manual in early February. It was never received so I requested a refund which GearUpZone indicated would be processed on February 19th, 2026. It is now April 15th. After numerous emails confirming a refund was being processed and never receiving the credit back on my card, it is obvious this company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM GEARUPZONE. They are a fraud.

What's fair is fair. I got my refund today.

Scam! Ordered weeks ago and no info yet, will not respond to multiple emails and chats, going to have to dispute the charge on my card for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Orderd 25 ford manual.never received! Took my money,said they would return payment. Never happened, out $59.95,these people are crooks!

This company is Bogus. Sold me something they do not appear to have. Have been stringing me along for a month about a supposed refund. They have a legit looking website - GEARUPZONE.COM - but best I can tell they intend to take your money and then continue playing like they are shipping it or giving you a refund. Don't let them trick you too!

Never received my item. They send an automated response so it looks like they are doing something. Do not buy anything from this company. Complete scamers.

These people are scammers. Charge your credit card and never ship the product. AVOID!!

Never received conformation email or anything. Ordered on January 16th and never received my product but the money sure left my bank account. Tried messaging company. No response. M

Product delivery was estimated to be four days.
After 2 weeks, product was delivered to Connecticut, I'm in Tennessee.
Shipping process is horrible.
Now, after, two weeks I have to start over.
Avoid Gearup Zone.

Sold an item that wasn’t actually available

What I ordered did not come. I placed my order on January 2, 2026 and when I contacted them on January 22, 2026 they said they would look into it and make sure I would receive the item and then instead of making sure it would be sent out they just issued a refund. If that is how they run the company….! At least I am getting a refund, hopefully. I haven’t received that as of yet.

No tracking. Not clear as to ship time. No way to see if in stock. Finally, very slow to refund. Other than that, great!

Your company did not send the correct owners manual. I had to tell you that I did not receive it that last time you ask me to rate your company. I did get the 2025 manual from the Ford company.

It took along time and several emails to them to receive my shipment. When I finally received them the Manuals were in good condition, but the case they came with a flimsy plastic case that just folded around them not the nice pouch it shows in the picture.

I ordered product on Dec. 30, 2025 which was confirmed. Received notice that item shipped Jan. 2, 2026. On Jan. 8, 2026, received notice “…package is currently on its way, but there may be a slight delay due to temporary carrier network disruptions…We’ll notify you right away if there are any changes or updates…” I left voicemail asking for update on Jan. 14, 2026 and also sent an email. There has been no reply. I left another email on Jan. 20, 2026 and await a reply. In the meantime, they billed my credit card and received payment. It’s as if they have no customer service. I fear that the product will not arrive and my payment will not be credited. I do not trust them and ask if they are legitimate.

I ordered the owner manual for my mustang gt, the company said it’s on the way, the next day it said the order was cancelled, it doesn’t make sense to me, now are you going to refund me on my credit card?
