Received partial order, no communications

I purchased a 5-pack of "Ranger Bic" lighter sleeves from this store on October 8 2021, right after receiving a back in stock notification.

I received my order but there was only 1 lighter sleeve, and I immediately contacted the store to let them know. After several weeks they had not responded, so I emailed them again to request that they ship the other 4 items. Another two weeks went by without any response, so I filed a dispute with my credit card and they refunded me the difference.

I received an invitation to review the product, and I submitted a negative review stating that I did not receive my complete order and it has not been posted to the site.
