This has been the worst experience I've ever had trying to open a credit card.
Every time I submit an application, I carefully enter all my personal information and complete the identity verification process. However, after the verification is finished, the application is automatically declined due to an "internal decision"
Shortly afterward, I receive an email stating that my application was rejected because the information I entered does not match the data on my residence permit. I have checked and verified my details multiple times, and the information is correct. Despite several attempts, I keep encountering exactly the same issue.
I contacted customer service for assistance, but the only advice I received was to verify my data again. Unfortunately, I had already done that multiple times, and it did not resolve the problem.
I would appreciate a clearer and more straightforward application process, as well as more helpful support when technical issues occur. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Good service. Convenient to manage through app. Haven't had any problems so far. Didn't mind me not having a credit report which was nice too. I was referred through a friend and didn't get my bonus though so idk why that happened.
