Does not review documents or reply to anything, can not open account
Opening a savings account seems impossible and this bank does absolutely not respond to anything.
I verified my ID 2,5 weeks ago and the bank requested documents to verify my address, which I sent the same day. Ever since I am waiting for my account to be opened, the bank does not respond to requests to verify my documents but only sends automated emails that I did not send my documents (I sent them 3 times already, everytime replying to the automated emails). This feels like a scam.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I’ve been calling for many minutes again and again, but nobody answers. My card has been blocked for weeks without any clear reason, and it is still blocked. Nobody is responding to my emails either. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
