Recieved my 3rd strap - this time a Sailcloth strap - from Geckota and as usual the quality is fantastic and has improved the look of my watch. Thankyou Geckota.

However Geckota please stop wasting your money with Royal Mail as a delivery option - their 48hr tracked service has taken 8 days to get to me all within the UK with limited tracking updates. Thier service is dispicable.

A nice selection of high quality watch straps that are sensibly priced with fast despatch.

Shipping outside UK for just a strap is way too high.

Week later the watch went on sale for about $80 less than I paid for it. Geckota quickly refunded me the difference, no
question asked.

Geckota’s customer service is top notch and so are their watches, bands and bracelets.

When my new watch arrived I had a few concerns.

First the watch was not clean, it was dusty and the stickers are peeling as if they have been removed and replaced. This along with the fact that the time and date were correct lead me to believe that the watch was a recent return and not brand new.
Added to the above, there was a scratch on one of the lugs which was clearly visible.

I wrote an email expressing my concerns on Saturday, and got an automated response saying I would get a reply in 2 working days (which I did not). On Wednesday I tried getting in touch sending a private message in Instagram (again no reply - in fact I didn’t get a reply until I left a public message on a Facebook post, which was replied to within a day (seems like this is how to get some attention).

In fairness Geckota did offer to swap the watch (and pay for postage), but we’re unwilling to refund anything.

I had waited so long to start enjoying my purchase, and really do like the watch, that I didn’t want to wait any longer. It seems them dragging the reply out got the ideal result for them.

I really like the watch, and did from the moment I saw it. Still, Gekota sent a damaged watch out, and only answered my concerns after a public post on social media, almost a week after my first contact. I have removed a star for each of these.

I have bought a few leather straps from Geckota and they are the best quality straps I have ever bought, i now buy the quick release straps as I change my straps often. There service is second to none,well packed and a watch cleaning cloth thrown in as well. Highly recommended….

I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a fine timepiece for myself after years of getting by with department store watches. I didn't want to brandish some loud brand name that appeared to be more about bragging and less about quality and uniqueness. A friend and watch collector recommended Geckota as a very good quality micro brand that made high quality watches with unique styling but at a reasonable price. I just received my Geckota Pioneer and it is beautiful. The price was right for me and the look, a modernized variant of mid century dive watches, is the perfect blend of unique elegance and functional every day style. It works beautifully, I can't keep my eyes off it. The delivery process was fast. I will have to wait and see how well the watch holds up over time, but right now I highly recommend that anyone looking for a unique well made timepiece to call their own take a long look at what Geckota has to offer.

Excellent watch! Above my expectations and a great time keeper, which is one of the best value for money I've ever had.
Ordered from Switzerland on a Sunday evening, delivered on Tuesday. No trouble, no hiccups with customs, and Fedex calls ahead of delivery.
Ordered bracelets are also of good quality.
My only recommendation: on the website, have 3/4 pictures of the watch in order to render case thickness.
Highly recommended watches, products, we'll see in the future for customer care.

A great watch with an authentic retro/vintage design at a reasonable price. It was a pleasant surprise that it arrived in a very nice 2-watch travel pouch. I will certainly purchase another watch from this company if/when I see a design that appeals.

Good delivery service although I would prefer more info on the status, eventually fast delivery, great product although a bit expensive. But the pieces are unique, so that's the deal :)
