This is one of the worst app I have ever used to receive money, to think I referred them to other people all of us are facing the same issue, the money has left the company that pays my salary and the money is not reflecting in my wallet l, I chatted the customer support they lady was saying nonsense and she's very slow.

Customer support are blazingly fast. They resolved 2 separate issues I had very well and are a friendly team.

Raenest is the best app for receiving dollars in Nigeria. I use it for my Amazon KDP book royalties and it makes USD to Naira conversion very easy and fast. The verification process was straightforward and customer support is responsive. I highly recommend Raenest for freelancers and business owners. Great job!

I didnt pass their compliance check. I didnt see why i shouldnt have so am giving them a 1 star. I didnt get to use the platform so i cant speak to the platform usability

Raenest is holding my client's wire transfer sent on the 15th. Their support is copy-pasting identical scripts refusing to provide a SWIFT tracking ID or MT103 code. They did this exact same thing to me before with a $1,100 ACH transfer stalling, lying about a refund failing, and then manually crediting it once exposed. This is an unauthorized hold of third-party funds for corporate liquidity.

If there was a zero star, that’s what they deserve. They’re the absolute worst platform for receiving payment, the customer service is horrible. The money used to host their conferences/ events can be used to better their service. Get my funds to me Raenest!!!!!!!!!!!

Raenest is the worst, holding my money for no reason, I have done everything but still they don't even respond, poor customer service and so ignorant, untrusted,don't risk your funds with them, imagine working for your 2200$,i have workers to pay but they do this,I wish there would be a court to sue them 💯

I guess it has come to this.. Honestly Geegpay has been working perfectly well for me until lately. Since their transition to raenest, their service has taken a nosedive.

At this point, I won't recommend raenest, because they hold unto your funds with the excuse of bank processing time.. If I have received my payments consistently within 28hrs in the last 3 years, why have you suddenly started blaming bank processing at this age and time when it has become a lot easier to receive funds especially from trusted platforms like upwork?

I have waited patiently, hoping that their services will improve but it's one bad experience after another and I have finally made a decision to move on. Please release my funds from last week.

The last money that was sent to me by StreetLib via Raenest has gone missing. Even when this fraudulent Raenest sent emails requesting to offer a refund, whenever I click the button it says “refund cancelled.” They went on to deny ever seeing the money and refused to explain or say anything about who sent those refund emails. If you never saw the money, how were you able to quote the exact figure I have been expecting without me telling you? Who sent those emails, Raenest?
A bunch of thieves. They frustrate you every time you contact support. After a day or two, every previous conversation, proof and document you sent is wiped out, and you have to repeat the same tedious work of sending files to various rogues — still with no solution.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!
