Raenest is the worst, holding my money for no reason, I have done everything but still they don't even respond, poor customer service and so ignorant, untrusted,don't risk your funds with them, imagine working for your 2200$,i have workers to pay but they do this,I wish there would be a court to sue them 💯

I guess it has come to this.. Honestly Geegpay has been working perfectly well for me until lately. Since their transition to raenest, their service has taken a nosedive.

At this point, I won't recommend raenest, because they hold unto your funds with the excuse of bank processing time.. If I have received my payments consistently within 28hrs in the last 3 years, why have you suddenly started blaming bank processing at this age and time when it has become a lot easier to receive funds especially from trusted platforms like upwork?

I have waited patiently, hoping that their services will improve but it's one bad experience after another and I have finally made a decision to move on. Please release my funds from last week.

The last money that was sent to me by StreetLib via Raenest has gone missing. Even when this fraudulent Raenest sent emails requesting to offer a refund, whenever I click the button it says “refund cancelled.” They went on to deny ever seeing the money and refused to explain or say anything about who sent those refund emails. If you never saw the money, how were you able to quote the exact figure I have been expecting without me telling you? Who sent those emails, Raenest?
A bunch of thieves. They frustrate you every time you contact support. After a day or two, every previous conversation, proof and document you sent is wiped out, and you have to repeat the same tedious work of sending files to various rogues — still with no solution.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Raenest.

My account was permanently suspended after I contacted customer support to ask about an incoming ACH payment and the normal ACH processing time. I fully cooperated with every request for verification, including providing my employment letter and proof of my work, yet my account was still closed without a clear explanation.

To make matters worse, I am currently expecting an important ACH payment from my employer, and this situation has placed my funds at risk and caused significant stress.

I respectfully ask Raenest to urgently review my case and restore my account. If my account cannot be restored, I need clear guidance on how my incoming payment will be handled.

I hope someone from the Raenest team will contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. If this matter continues to go unresolved, I will have no choice but to share my experience on other platforms.

Raenest is the worse online banking ever and I hope your partner bank can see this if necessary I'm going to contact them,my account was funded with the sum of $2,285 and raenest has been holding on to the fund for the past 5 days requesting for different documents which has been sent but the money is still on hold, you guys are thiefs stealing people's funds for no reason. Pls send the money back to the sender and I'm deleting your account now! Fraudsters

Raenest has been the best platform for me so far as a remote worker. Very fast and reliable. Apart from one problem I had with my Bnb coin transfer that I still haven’t seen.

Raenest transitioned to new USD account details, and since then, my experience has been terrible.

I flagged that I was being double-charged for Upwork Fast Track transfers. Instead of resolving the issue, they internally downgraded my Fast Track service, and I spent the next three weeks repeatedly chasing them for money that should have been released in the first place.

They will hold on to your funds without justification, and getting the issue resolved is unnecessarily difficult.

Had the worst experience over the last 3 months or so. Tell me why you changed my organizations name to my personal name without informing me. I've moved from your app to a better financial app that respects people and do things better.

The fastconnect is not working as expected

Raenest, I’m extremely disappointed. Tons of people are complaining about yall because of poor service (withdrawing money only for it to drop 1-3 days later), what’s the point of connecting Upwork to my raenest then?” So awful!!! . Ever since yall switched from Wells Fargo to Regent bank, service has gotten really bad (delayed payments). I hope the service gets better because I’m at my wits end. You’ve lost so many customers and I just might be the next. Work on it! Also, work on customer service response timeframe.

Raenest had been a great platform for me as a remote worker. Transfers to my local bank were always fast, transaction fees were affordable, and overall the service was reliable.

However, since the changes introduced in June, my experience has been disappointing. I initially experienced delays in withdrawals, which I understood might have been due to the maintenance period. Unfortunately, my salary has now been returned to my employer twice by Raenest, leaving me without my pay to date. This has caused significant inconvenience.

I hope these issues are resolved soon because the platform was genuinely reliable before these recent changes.

Absolutely disgraceful experience.

Raenest suspended my account without providing any clear reason or evidence. Every payment I've ever received is legitimate, verifiable, and backed by documentation, yet they refused to review the proof I offered. Instead, they hid behind a vague "internal review" and refused to explain what I supposedly did wrong.

As a freelancer, this means they've locked me out of money I've legitimately earned while providing no transparency, no accountability, and no meaningful path to resolve the issue. That is completely unacceptable for a financial platform that people are expected to trust.

Their customer support has been frustratingly unhelpful, repeating generic responses instead of addressing the facts or conducting a fair review.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Raenest. It has also left me questioning whether freelancers from Kenya and other African countries are being treated fairly. If Raenest believes this isn't the case, they should prove it by handling account reviews with transparency, evidence, and respect instead of unexplained suspensions.

Until Raenest starts treating its users fairly and providing real explanations for serious actions like account suspensions, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone whose livelihood depends on reliable access to their earnings.

The transfers were swift and got to the receiver in no time.

The Fasttrack experience isn’t great. I withdrew money from my connected Upwork account and I wasn’t credited under an hour. Not even over an hour Infact. More like an entire weekend.
I checked my connection multiple times to confirm if I was still connected, and I was.
I’d like this to be rectified.

The customer service responce time and system glitch or rather the time the money takes to arrive to my wallet from the app is just showing how much the company is struggling with system issues
