Everytime i withdraw (naira) it takes…

Everytime i withdraw (naira) it takes hours to get my money. right now i have some money that has been “processing” for 8+ hours. customer service doesn’t seem to care & aren’t truthful. would never recommend geepay. run while you still have legs.

I have never been this faustrated in my life before, my client paid me $800 as part payment for an ongoing project, I received the payment two days after, thanks to geepay, but all of a sudden the next day , the same client sent me $1200 for same project, and geepay started playing games on my money trying to review uneccessary fund, they are scam

If you value your time and money...avoid

All seems fine, until you contact customer service for any reason.
Since November last year, they have been trying to track my $200.
The most simple request will take endless hours and multiple emails back and forth. I've never seen anything like it, Simply unbelivable.

I can only guess the owner might be preparing to sell the company or something. There is zero quality check or control. Best avoided for now

GeegPay will accept your money but will never disburse it.

If there was anything less than one star, I would have given it.

If I had read online reviews before now, I would have avoided Geegpay.

My employer sent me $1500 through Geegpay. It's been over two days of going back and forth on this, and I have provided all verifying documents requested, yet for unknown reasons, they withheld my $1,500.

To worsen it all, they kept changing me between customer reps, making the experience more frustrating.

We, remote workers, trusted Geegpay to help us bridge the gap of international payment, but it seems Geegpay has now become the very thorn in our flesh, making remote work miserable.

Because tell me why one will stay up all night working only for their funds to be withheld for unknown reasons.

The customer support isn't helping; no number one can call to complain. They keep using jargon to confuse customers.

I need my money to be disbursed or refunded to my employer, or else I won't keep quiet until GeegPay is closed.

They will try to frustrate you and steal you.

This app will let you use their platform for sometime and they will try to steal you. I received a payment and they requested a payment receipt and other docs. I provided the docs and the payment receipt. They said they want another payment receipt. They said they want some information on the payment receipt which the bank used to send the funds did not include on it. Every bank and how their receipt is. That they don't understand. When I asked them to reverse the transaction, they reply like they did not read my request for reversal. I still didn't get my funds. Beware, you might be scammed.

NO REFUND SINCE MARCH


On March 31st, I sent 525 to a Clear Junction LTD account. I was told by the receiver that Geegpay, reversed it and claimed it should get to my Starling account within 5 business days. It's really sad the fund still hasn't been received till now. I went to the bank; my account officer said there was no trace of any reversal from Geegpay. I have waited for more than 2 months; I can't wait any longer. My account wants to report this, but I want to try to get in touch with Geegpay before I have this report. I've been very sad and scared ever since I read numerous scam stories about Geegpay. I will never back down on this; I must get my money back. I want a prompt and positive response now.

Geegpay kills freelancers dreams

I am a writer and a freelance tutor. i have been using geegpay for 3 years now. the 1 star is because their support replies to my mails at least. But for a month, i have not received my money i worked hard to get. This review might cost me my $2000 they have been holding for a month. They will reply saying they are highly regulated, but will never give you a solution to the money you deligently worked for despite giving them all the details they request. They are good at changing customer care representatives so you will be repeating your request everyday. Am still in pursuit of my money and will update soon.

For the past 10 days now

For the past 10 days now, Geegpay told me they are going to make a refund to my client, they have not. Holding someone else's fund for 5-15 days before refund is not normal! Things are getting out of hand with geegpay, they hold people's money now without refund. This is not nice at all!

Since March 21th till now GEEGPAY…

Since March 21th till now GEEGPAY haven't make the refund that they say it will only take 5 to 15 working days from March 21th till now is about 21, days I don't know what is going I have submitted the sender details till now the sender haven't gotten any refund...I guess this is a scam activities the $4000.00 is with them they don't want to refund it I have write to their support on email they keep telling me stories GEEGPAY is not safe.
