They do not deliver as their website states.

They do not deliver as their website says. 69 days for an up to 21 day delivery. They did not ship when they said they already had. They did not provide tracking information that worked. It always returned an error. I tried to cancel but I couldn’t because it had been shipped (it hadn’t). I couldn’t have a refund or cancel 7ntil the parcel arrived. Then they tell me that they don’t pay to return items - that’s up to me to pay. Backwards and dowry’s with “exeutive account managers” who are not and all of them trying to settle with me in a different way. Product is crap. Service is the worst I have ever had on the internet. Use geekbitshirts at your Peril

Not only was the order delayed for a month, when it was received it was 75% incorrect. Do NOT trust this business. Geekbitshirts are incompetent and unreliable.

Geekbitshirts are about as trustworthy as trustpilot.

Ie not at al. There are better consumer sites, don't use this, or buy from GBT.

Ordered shirts in mid December 2025

Ordered shirts in mid December 2025, still waiting at the start of Feb 2026.

I have contacted the seller several time and have received nothing but excuses. They have refused a refund and their tracking links are dead.

Terrible experience.

This my second time ordering from…

This my second time ordering from geekbitshirts.
Ordered 3 last november for birthday gifts for my other half and arrived on time,
Good thick material and wash just fine.
Ordered again tonight 2 for myself and 2 for my other half!! :)

So far so good

Had no problems so far , deliverys turn up as they should and the shirts are of good quality both in printing and material , so to date no problems

It took over two months for the items…

It took over two months for the items to be delivered from China to Australia. The sizes are way too big - a L is more like an Australian XXL.

Waited for 2 months on a T-shirt really poor customer service.. considering I have order things from overseas it takes 2 weeks and I get emails from them telling me if it’s running late Never buy from geekbitshirts again

I cannot give zero stars

I cannot give zero stars. Disgusting. Ordered two t-shirts first week in December 2025 and paid express shipping (5-7 days apparently). It’s now 28 January 2026 and still waiting. They have no idea where the shirts are and say I can only get a refund once received and returned to China which would cost more in return postage than what the shirts are worth! And I cannot return as I have not received them and they cannot tell me what’s going on!! Terrible customer service. They are only interested in taking your money and they know full well no one will bother to return to China if not satisfied. That’s IF you ever receive the shirts!!! A very unconscionable business. Steer clear and shop local.

Ordered 2 t shirts on 30/11/25

Ordered 2 t shirts on 30/11/25. Many emails later with generic rubbish answers and given faulty tracking codes that did not work and still sitting here on 28/01/26 waiting for the delivery! They were meant to be Xmas presents. Have been told that the order has been delivered to the airport ... not sure which one ... ready for shipping?! Asked for a refund; offered a 15% refund on the order; pushed them for at least 50%; could only "authorise" 20% at most; think the delivery will likley never eventuate. Would love to know who the CEO is? Happy to email him!

Ordered 5 Tops, gifted 2, happy with quality

I ordered 5 T Shirts - the website is a bit clunky; it meant I couldn't use the discount code emailed to me - but, I got an almost similar discount by adding 2 T shirts and 2 button tops. The quality is actually rather nice, especially the fun Wick and Grommit one - delivery came via Evri, in case you were curious. And when I didnt hear any update, I emailed, and I got a reply / had some to & fro before confirmation that the order was shipped. I was then able to track via Evri's email to me.
Note: The tops will probably need to be ordered as +1 size above average if you aren't skinny/thin build - 2XL ended up making me want to order 3XL in a subsequent order (that I just placed).

LYING THEIVING SCAM ARTISTS

Having to give them even 1 star is a disgrace. Not only is this company a scam but they are the worst possible kind of thieves who continuously waste your time with repeated lies about shipping and tracking, all of which is fake. 1 month and 12 emails later and I can only hope these scum are bought to justice one day. I also hope that unlike me, you read their reviews before you become their next victim.

Don't buy from this company - it's a scam!

Ordered one T-shirt on 03/12/25 as Christmas gift. Faulty tracking link. Still not received the item by 24/01/26. Emailed them to complain and request refund but they claim the item is still in transit from China, allegedly "received by airline", issued a new tracking link which also comes up as faulty. This is a scam. Don't buy from these crooks.

They don't pay for shipping in case of…

They don't pay for shipping in case of returns, and their website didn't mention anything about it. When I told them that this wasn't allowed in the EU, they quickly changed their return policy, but I have proof that consumers weren't informed about this before making their purchases. The T-shirts are awful, huge, shapeless, and look like rectangles with sleeves.
