Had thought was a scam company. Ordered and paid 30th November for Christmas tshirts, as site said delivery 7 to 15 business days, so thought was plenty of time. Site did not say there may be delays.... See more

a nerd and his money are soon parted

Geekbitshirts made it very easy to take my money. Not only did they have captivating designs which caught my attention immediately, their web purchase capabilities are astounding. Just several clicks for the buyer who has been mesmerized by shiny, wonderful products and just like that… The money is gone from your account and into geekbitshirts thanks!

I'm super stoked to get my awesome T-shirts in the mail and I'm looking forward to them finding more creative ways to take my money.

Non responsive

Order placed December 5. By Dec 15 order did not show shipped, so I cancelled as noted in their website “full refund if cancelled before order ships.” Reply from them it was too late to cancel. I cancelled again, but order still shipped on Dec 26. Now I tried to request how to return, but their email is listed as not valid. I have a complaint in to my credit card.

Undelivered and no refund!!!…

I ordered my tshirts in November well within the timeline for delivery before Christmas. In fact they were for Christmas presents. I emailed their service desk multiple times before Christmas, and then after Christmas asking for support and then for a refund. The service has not been helpful, my tshirts still haven’t arrived and the company is refusing to honour their refund policy. I have spent over $150 on gifts that I haven’t received. They were very quick to take the order even though they couldn’t deliver the products.
Please don’t purchase from this company. They cannot be trusted!!!

HILARIOUS!!!

The tee I purchased shows Gandalf brandishing his staff against the asymptote of the graph of a hyperbola, with the admonition "You shall not pass!" As a mathematician with a love for Tolkien, this is one of the funniest math tees I have ever seen. Immediately bought one for myself, and will soon purchase another for my nephew who is majoring in math at Yale. You guys ROCK!!!

Items never arrived

Items never arrived - and the "track my order" button takes you to their general shop on the website, not any place where you can track the order. I have emailed them to ask for a refund after 16 working days (which I felt was a reasonable timescale and outside of their expected delivery time when I placed the order) - very disappointing as I liked the designs on their website.

Unhappy with lack of service…

I placed an order on the 07/12/2025 for a T shirt and received an email saying it is being made ready for me. A week later 15/12/2025 when I followed up, I received an email saying my order is not yet ready and you cannot guarantee an ETA. since then I have not had any correspondence from you. I can only assume that you take the money ,keep it and do not deliver. I am an unhappy customer.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered from them on 12/5 and then had to change my password and get a new card from my bank because of fraudulent activity. DO NOT order from them unless you want to get s call from your bank for fraud.

Wish I'd read these reviews before…

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering two shirts on 11 Dec 2025. They were for Christmas presents ... 2025 Christmas that is ...

As of 7 Jan 2026 still no delivery

I contacted them several times just before Christmas and received what were clearly AI generated answers, with phrases like ..."We understand deeply how much you want to receive the order as soon as possible..." and "While we cannot guarantee the shipping date, please be assured that we are doing everything possible to expedite the process.
Any issue, please feel free to contact us."

I do not hold out any hope of finally receiving the delivery.

I really like the selection

I really like the selection, but found it a bit cumbersome to navigate the website. So many pages of fantastic shirts, but hard to get back to what I was interested in. Figured out I could put my choices in the cart to go back to. I was trying to track the shipment today and was unable to do so. I recommend that a tab to choose "tracking" be included in the website.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague. I made an order at the beginning of December and paid extra for speedier postage. On 23rd December after hearing nothing I emailed for a refund as the company had not provided goods or services. On the 27th December they emailed to say I was not eligible for a refund as my items had been sent but my parcel was shipped on 29th December after the email! Still haven't received my goods at the time of writing the review. Very disappointing

Do not be fooled by their Express Delivery

I wish I had read other reviews before ordering. I placed an order at the beginning of December and paid extra for express delivery. I am still waiting to receive on 6th January 2026! Do not touch with a barge pole - I now have Christmas-themed gifts that can't be gifted for 11 months!

Do no recommend, they have stock issues repetitively and customer service will not assist

Appear to be an issue with a lot of customers. Stock issues, items nit showing up. I asked them to cancel the order and refund. When contacted after 3 weeks was told now the items are on the way so they can't refund or cancel anymore. Would steer clear, good designs on a t-shirt does not excuse the incompetence. Customer service just repeats the same thing over again. Will not be using or recommending this company

Dreadful experience with this company…

Dreadful experience with this company at Christmas, responded to an ad to order 3 t-shirts in time for Christmas. Placed the order on the 6 December and paid for 3 - 7 business days delivery, emailed at least 3 times leading up to Christmas and was fobbed off with “its a busy time of year, we will prioritise your order”. T-shirts didn’t arrive in time for Christmas… or New Year eventually delivered on the 5th January, they were supposed to be Christmas presents. This company is based in china and manufactures the t-shirts there so don’t believe any of the delivery promises as the they just don’t care.

If I could give them a minus star I would

I ordered a T-shirt from this horrible company back around the middle of December. I kept waiting and waiting and I started to smell a SCAM!! I started investing them on Google and the reviews weren't exactly complimentary!! I finally received the T-shirt today and it looks like a kid made it!! You can't even put it in a dryer because the ultra cheap graphic they used would peel right off!! Scam COMPANY!!

If it's not a scam

If it's not a scam, it's the next thing to it. A Chinese company, it can take a month to deliver shoddy goods. The sizes are ignored, and the graphics are nothing like those on the website. Don't buy anything from them. They should be boycotted online.
