I bought at ROBORE SF10 treadmill
I bought at ROBORE SF10 treadmill in pre-sale with planned shipment march 2. on Feburary 8.
2 days later the money was debited from my card.
I thought it was because the product was back in stock, but no.
I find it very concerning that a company debits for a purchase they cannot ship until 3 weeks later.
Hence the two stars as I am a bit concerned

Cheep quality - no warranty
We have bought Honeywhale S6-S 14-inch Folding E-Bike back in April 2025 (four months ago). The bike has been used for two of them.
It appeared to be cheep quality with no access to spareparts at sellers or producers site or at least in Europe, they all have to be found individually and shipped from China. We waited for 6 weeks to get a tire which punctured very soon after the bike was taken in use, and then it was parked for another 2-3 weeks before we found brake pads to replace - the original ones were gone in just under 2 months of light use. Now the seat has also given up - the metal frame is sticking out through the fake leather and poking the drivers butt.
The bike looks fun and practical, but it breaks constantly and it cannot fold as marketed.
They are all good until you have a problem with the equipment!...

I bought a speaker type “Tronsmart Force SoundPulse™ 40W Bluetooth 5.0 Speaker”. After a few months (before 1 year) it stopped working.
And I’ve send them all the evidences (photos, videos, explanations,…). And this is the 2nd product and have exactly the same problem.
Geekbuying is NOT assuming the responsibility of the WARRANTY. It forces me to buy another one with a small discount.
After all, it's not worth buying the products on Gekkbuying, which are more expensive, because the service is as bad as on other cheaper sites.

Still waiting for a refund
I ordered an item as it was reported to be available in Poland and the item was going to be shipped in 1-5 days (delivery address was in Poland too). After waiting for a few days without an update, I decided to write to the customer service and they told me that the item is currently unavailable and I have to wait for the new stock, without providing a specific date. In the meantime, on their website, the item is still currently marked as available. Why do the mark an item as available if it's not true? I asked for a refund and they told me that I have to wait for 7-15 days, why do I have to wait for so long if they never shipped this item? I will keep you updated on the progress of this horrible service.

My Nightmare with Geekbuying.
Everything is fine when you place an order, everyone is friendly and kind. The problems start when you want to return an item and you want to refund. I bought a Xiaomi mi 8 6GB/128GB and paid a total of 449.66 euros. The phone was faulty advertised as Global version. Two weeks after I placed my order I received my phone. It was into a used box, full of fingerprints, dust, and marks on the bottom of the box.
I said to my self, OK it seems that you got scammed. The phone seemed like new, I have to say. When I tried to install an update the phone got bricked and I realized that it was a Chinese version with a Global ROM installed. So I told them that I want to return the phone. They gave me an address to Poland so I had to pay 15 euros plus.
They told me that I have to options to refund or to send me a new phone. I said that I want to refund. They said that my total is 404 euros, but my total was 449.66. Today they said to me that my total is 414 euros, and they will refund with Paypal. I told them that I don't have Paypal, and I send them the money with Western Union. In Greece we have capital controls (CC) so I can't open a bank account.
Obviously they still want to make a profit. They don't respect the client and their only aim is to make a profit at any cost. The item you buy is different from the item you receive.
It's unacceptable to receive an item into an unsealed and used box. Other reselers inform you that you receive a Chinese phone with a Global ROM and also provide instructions on how to flash your phone. Geekbuying does not do that, but from the very beginning tries to fool you. I can't believe that they don't see that my total is 449.66 euros and every time they give me a different number. Obviously they bargaining but I am not going to accept that.
If they don't give me back a full refund I will have to file a complain to the European Authorities since the phone was sent to me from a Company in Holland and was returned to a Company in Poland. Then I will have to take legal actions in order to take my money back. Geekbuying is a big NO NO and don't get fulled by the positive reviews. You can see that bad reviews are posted when people have to face Afters Sales, and this is when the Nightmare called Geekbuying begins.

They agreed finally to refund 449.66 euros. They insisted on refunding through Paypal but I told them that I want to refund through Western Union because in Greece we have capital controls and you can't open a new bank account. Also Paypal doesn't allow to mount a bank account to your Paypal account in Greece.
Now they're telling me that if they send my money with Western Union the fee is very high but they don't tell you how much it is, nobody knows, maybe God only knows. I told them that in that case I will not refund but I want them to send me a replacement phone and to be more specific the Xiaomi mi 8 Global version plus 2 more items I want to purchase. I thought that maybe I have to give them a second chance, but in vain. I don't know what's wrong with Geekbuying, maybe my English is too bad?
It's not a trustworthy company, and they don't seem to care about customers problems. It feels like your are having chit a chat with a Bot. Now they told me that they have a National Holiday in China so I will have to wait until the 25th of the month. They have to solve many issues if they really want to be a serious Company.
I just want this nightmare to end, but I will never do business with Geekbuying again.
UPDATE 2
Almost 2 months have passed since I returned the phone. Until now I haven't received the replacement phone. They just say they that some parts as, soft case and Screen Protector are not available, so their answer is "Just, wait a few more days". Yesterday I told them that I will cancel the order and wish to get a refund". Also, although I have paid for shipping with DHL they are selecting as shipping method to send me my phone back, Registered Air Mail that it will take 15-30 days. They don't even have the good will to recognize their mistake, and at least send my phone back fast and give me a discount.
