Device went faulty quite quickly

Device went faulty quite quickly. Support responded to my initial email reasonably quickly, but ignored my reply. No sign of warranty claim. I certainly wont be buying from these people again

Geekera Product Doesn't Work as Advertised

I recently purchased their "3 in 1 Wireless Charging Station", and while it works great with my phone and watch, it won't charge my AirPods. The AirPods (Model 2031) are fully functioning, with the latest firmware update (Version 6F21), and are easily charged using a USB-C charger, but there appears to be nothing I can do to get them to charge with this 3 in 1 Charging Station. My frustration lies in the fact that the maker (Geekera) markets this product as being compatible with AirPods Pro, 3, and 2; however, it is clearly not compatible with all of these models.
