Worst customer service experience ever

Worst customer service experience ever. Missed part of my order. Reported this issue and the response was that I must have missed them in the package??? Once I made it clear when I was sure we went back a forth and the offered to credit or add them for free to my next order. The only way to get the product I have to buy more! Not the wany to earn trust or treat customers. Love the idea but delivery is a joke and don't care about the customer when things go wrong.

The product was fine... When it arrived a month late.

The product was fine. But it took well over a month to arrive, and the company screwed up the deliver address multiple times, despite me entering it correctly on the order. The delays were not related to that, though, and customer service was less than helpful, asking the same questions repetitively and not getting the address corrected. I won't be buying from this company again.

They need improvement

They’re shipping is terrible and took forever. They’re not very good at communication and the shirt is not even the color advertised. It was supposed to be white with a navy blue highlights and instead it’s tan.

Shipping from China so it took forever…

Shipping from China so it took forever to arrive. No open view of where your order is in its process. Poor quality. It’s like I got it off Temu but charging 6x what it’s worth. Will never buy from them again.

Cheap rubbish which is highly overpriced!

I paid almost $200 USD for several items and it was dreadful. The clothing is cheap polyester, similar to the rubbish sold on shein or Temu. One item was described as a fluffy jumper, but it was a print of a fluffy jumper on polyester. I really wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing as it would have saved me a lot of time and money. I grossly overpaid for what I got. It took a very long time to reach me. The only reason it gets 1 star is for the T-shirt which was actually cotton and a decent enough print on it.

The shirts were ok

The shirts were ok, but a bit overpriced. I can live with that.
The shipping was catastrophic. It got hold up at the customs, and the fees were more than half than what I paid for the actual merchandise.
Sorry guys… I won’t order again.

Disappointing quality, customer service ignored inquiry

My experience was similar to what another user reported: I ordered an "ugly" sweater that suggested a knitted, just to find out that it felt very synthetic / plastic. I did not even dare to wear it to the christmas party I intended because I had health concerns.

I messaged them within the 30 days return period via e-mail, but they ignored it and I never got a response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Missing Items

I ordered 3 cardigans and a t-shirt, and only received the t-shirt. The t-shirt was delivered on February 27, but I still have not received the cardigans. I thought maybe the cardigans were being delivered separately, but the entire ordered has been marked as delivered. Disappointed.
