Saw this page listed under Eric Vale's official Instagram, so I thought it was legit.
After purchasing a "Personalized Video Message" I was told I would be reached out to within a week to customize it.
A month went by, and I didn't hear anything back.
I attempted to reach out to their customer service multiple times over April, but was only met with automatic replies, never an actual person.
Still no contact into May, after requesting a refund.
