Scammers!! Yes I fell for some kid toys that were too good to be true and I knew better It is my own fault low on money trying but my babies great Christmas presents they didn't have any reviews at the time I did check lol so now I'm writing one now hopefully helps they also lied after going back and forth through hundreds of emails saying that it was tracking or eventually that it was lost and then eventually that they'll give me a partial refund which I knew they weren't going to do that either but I agreed to it just to see if they did and of course it's been almost 6 months now and I have not heard nothing from them I did just reach out again and I have all the emails and asked about my refund or My partial refund for the items that I never received and of course no response 😡🙄run as fast as you can people and do not look back!! anything coming overseas that is too good to be true it is!!!!

This people are a scam, wish I had read theses reviews first would had never ordered, so like the others they take your money and never receive your items you ordered. I got very tired of them telling me to be patient over and over again. So please report them to the better business bureau, I did it was very easy. Let’s shut down this company. And maybe we will get our money back…….

I ordered 2 watch from these crooks .they said its on its way and screenshot the tracking .i waited like a fool.it was never delivered .then they accused me of receiving the item and signing for it ! which was a lie as i asked for proof of delivery and signature !then someone called wang mei offered a 50% refund and its being going back and forward for 4 months. had enough hoping mastercard can dispute the transaction and get my $88 back and freeze them from using mastercard.These are scammers ,DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! you will save your self a huge headache

Absolute bunch of crooks. Quick enough to take your money but never receive your order. These people should be hung drawn and quarter for what they do!!!!!!!!

I will never ever order from this site. Super super slow. The tracking is horrible experience. I am still waiting my order, takes already two months. That is the worst experience ever.

Has anyone ordered from the company's own website and not gone through Facebook or something like that?

In short, it is a site full of fraudulent people, I do not recommend anyone to shop there. society of thieves

Never got the item I ordered they sent me a tracking number and I tracked it all the way till it said it was delivered in my mailbox I knew there had to be a mistake because the thing I was supposed to have been getting was too big to fit in my mailbox so they sent me a piece of crap $14 necklace instead of what I was supposed to receive definitely scammers nobody buy from them

Never received my order. Do not order annything.
They will send you an email with loos info to show you youre order had been deliverd.

Scam my order came to 110.96 why was shipping to be 10,000 for a grand total of 10110.96 thank God I was smart enough to back out before putting payment info

Said my purchase was delivered, clicked on the map and it showed some country road in another state. Have emailed them 3 times with no answer. I'm asking my credit card to reverse the charges.

Fake and terrible company. They selling product that they don’t have. And send some garbage. When you contact them they promise to send or give back the mony. Keep away DON’T bay from them.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I couldn't give them a 0 because it wasn't an option!!!!!!!

I never received my items but the tracking states it was delivered. No one but my husband and I live here in this house, no one around no one signed for it but they say it was signed for. I have been asking for a refund but they are not giving me one. I would never recommend you company to anyone

They advertise on Facebook marketplace with offers almost to good to be true.

I ordered $75.90 worth of so called Sponge Blocks (kids) I receive a tracking number but the "tracking" company is always offline.

When you emailed to complain I emailed support @ geenbone.com and to play for time (keep my money) they replied as follows from: wang mei centreservce008 @ outlook.com (not a geenbone address after all).

First they asked me nicely, please don't cancel we promise to send goods soon. Didn't happen!

I suspected it was a scam (due to the different email address).

Then I asked to cancel and to play for more time again (keep my money), they answered with "We will deal with it as soon as possible". Nothing hapenned !

Then I emailed again and this time I got, "I will contact our after-sales service and you will receive your money in 10 working days. NOTHING HAPENNED!

So no goods, no refund and no more replies! Total scam and yet they continue to post as a sponsored advert on Facebook.

The advert (facebook sponsored) is placed by a profile listed as DOCTOR in Vietman " Camille Burke" with out a doubt a fake profile.

The Money went from my account into a Hong Kong bank account " SL*geenbone,HK,HK " and the goods on the tracking system shows its coming from the Netherlands, except it never moves because they are always offline.

SCAM IT IS!

ALTHOUGH THE STATUS OF THE PARCEL IS SHOWN "DELIVERED" ,I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!

Total scam. I have ordered 4 electric horse toys - made two orders and I got 2 priceless jewellery instead. Mr. Wang appears sending copy paste answers and it seems I will get never my money back, I wasted 50 dollars. Never buy from this shop.

Ordered a watch at Christmas time as a gift to myself and it never arrived. The advert was in instagram so don't always trust them. I have been emailing them for a refund each week since the 18th January when tracking said it had arrived and all I get is the same reply copied and pasted. I would Give them nothing if i could

Its a scam. Saw it on FB. Be careful, dont order anything!
