Hands-down the best fidget toys store I've bought from. They have a responsive and helpful support chat, and have very good English even though they are based in mainland China. I've gotten an email within 24 hours to continue the chat once they've sent a response.
Their return policy wants the item in good condition without dents and scratches, but they do accept opened packages. Custom items aren't accepted unless it is defective.
The GeeOne team shipped a large order of mine but one of the items (Proxy EDC Fang Kit) had some problem with customs and got stuck. I contacted the GeeOne team after noticing this. They immediately shipped a replacement using a forwarding company to ensure it got to me. They kept me informed with tracking numbers and progress and I didn't even need to ask.
