Terrible customer service. I tried returning an item, their returns policy on their website only states to call the office. Nobody ever answered of returned my messages. I sent the item back and they're now refusing to refund as they can't track the order, despite having my name, address etc. Absolutely shocking, wouldn't recommend and certainly wouldn't use again.
After seeing a dog bed of theirs I liked on Amazon. On a Saturday, I went to their website to order one with memory foam instead. Immediately my order was confirmed and payment was taken. Thursday when I realised I'd missed a phone call from them the day before I emailed them. Without a response, Saturday I texted, still no reply. From Amazon's customer reviews it seems they get their orders filled, me: who knows?
