Wig never came basically was robbed
I ordered this wig about two weeks ago and in mid delivery they requested for it to be returned back to the shipper. I contacted them plenty of times asking for it to be redirected back to me and I’m getting generic response. They are not remorseful or helpful about it. Once they have your money it’s a lost. I’m really sad that I spent my birthday money on this and I basically was scammed. No wig, nothing just money gone.

TERRIBLE customer service!
Terrible customer service. I bought a wig as a gift and my mother in law advised the colour was too light (before receiving the package). I contacted them within 24h asking for the return instructions, so I am informed upon receiving the product.
I am now at email number 11 with no return instructions from them and getting the run-around. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I had never heard of Geeta before so I was nervous about ordering from them. It took me a year to finally place my first order. I hate I waited so long. The delivery took quite some time, but Elsa was wonderful and kept in contact with me with updates. I received my unit, and was very happy with my wig. I look forward to placing my next order!

The wig is not what was in the photos at all. Ots so thin and wispy through the ends and they won't give me a refund. They keep stating that this is what the wig looks like. Such a joke. Dont buy from them.
Going on 10 messages asking for a refund..... theywont give me one, they are the biggest scammers

This company is a big scam and honestly once they have your money you’re not seeing your money again. I ordered a wig. This was a week+ ago. They still haven’t shipped it and they keep saying they’re gonna urge their factory to do it quicker. I wanted the wig for a holiday, and when ordering they should have informed me that the order will take a week plus or longer. Give people the choice to decide if they want to wait. I have emailed them asking for a refund and they are refusing to refund me, when I said I don’t want the order. Of all the vendors I’ve ordered from this one is the biggest scam. I should be able to decide if I want the wig or not especially as I’ve been waiting for so long.
