I took my elderly mother in on Monday afternoon, she spent nearly £ 40 bought birthday cards, cleaning products and some wool, she uses walking aids so is a bit unsteady on her feet so needs help with things. She asked the cashier if she could have a small bag to put the wool in and cashier snapped and said no they was only for cards. She pointed out that she had bought cards and she still refused, she never once offered my mother any help to pack her bag. I left what I was buying to assist my mother and I did ask if knew what customer service was to which she ignored me. Needless to say I will take my mother’s and my own shopping days out elsewhere from now on . I find it appalling that older people can be treated like this when, for them a shopping trip might be the only time they have managed to get out that week and then go home upset and dwell on that bad experience, which then puts them off going out again. Maybe train your staff to be polite and courteous and if she had been polite and explained it in a better manner my mother would not of been upset by the experience of being made to feel devalued

Thanks for ruining are special day we called in for a baby reveal balloon we dropped off a envelope with the baby gender so we could have a party tomorrow only to get home and get the black balloon out the bin bag to find 7 pieces of blue confetti in the bag with the balloon what a surprise ruined by lack of someone with a bit of common sense thanks
