Finger weg!!!

Habe am 25.09.24 ein Shirt als Geschenk bestellt, dieses sollte voraussichtlich am 4.10.24 ankommen. Gut das ist es nicht, nicht schlimm, wir hatten einen Feiertag und da kann sich die Lieferung schon gern einmal verzögern. Was mich dann irritiert hat, war das ich nicht mal eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen habe, aber direkt die Zahlungsaufforderung von Klarna.
Habe mich an den Support gewandt, in der ersten Mail hieß es ich solle den Verfolgungslink in der Bestellbestätigungsmail verwenden.Beim zweiten mal an den Support gewendet, hieß es ich solle bitte bis zum 13.10.24 warten und mich dann noch mal melden inkl. Verfolgungslink. Dieser wies auf das die Bestellung am 4.10.24 in Deutschland ankam seit dem ruht die Bestellung.
Heut wieder an den Support gewendet, Standard Mail, ich solle den Versandstatus in der Bestätigungsmail nutzen. Finger weg!!!
