Been using since they started and experience has been 100% for customer service, delivery/install and equipment.
I’m suspicious of the negative reviews on here - this is a competitive area so look more like other cos spiking.
We wouldn’t go anywhere else nore others I know.

Using the option of "make an offer" on ebay, I made an offer, on a full car scissor lift at £2200 +Delivery which was accepted and paid in full. When I called the next day to see if I can go and pick it up, the seller said we can not sell it at this price, unless I pay more. he said, the ebay software has an issue, so they cancelled the order and said that the buyer cancelled the order.

Absolute scam of a company, ordered a lift and was going to try use the leasing option, owner Carl told me to tell the finance company my lift has already arrived so he can paid out quicker which is fraud.

Anyways decided to buy it outright, lift arrived in the wrong colour so we rejected the delivery and sent it back, told the owner Carl we would like a full refund instead as they couldn’t deliver the correct colour till another week. Owner Carl started completely ignoring us so did the rest of the team. This is when alarm bells started ringing. Read other reviews with people saying I wouldn’t get my money back now it wasn’t looking good.

Evening time comes Owner Carl calls and decides to verbally abuse me on the phone, told me he’d smash my teeth in and to kiss his ass because we wanted a refund and he wasn’t happy to do so, told us wait till Monday and we’ll get our refund.

Monday came, no answer from anyone till 4pm where Owner Carl decided to call again and give us verbal abuse. This is where I had enough. Threatened to take him to trading standards and he was still giving me abuse.

Then decided to tell him if he doesn’t refund I’ll have no choice but to take this to social media only then did he refund the money.

Please do not use this company as you will end up in a situation where you’re fighting back for your hard earnt money.

This shambles of a company needs closing down

If you wanna loose money buy from these guys! Carl will sell you all the dreams, he’s a liar 5 months later my mot bay is still not running he promised me 2 weeks at the tops, the ramp was unsafe, not bolted down properly, reused old bolts 😂 hydraulic pipe was leaking, rollers worn out, ropes hadn’t been replaced! My gosh this is shambles pleas anyone thinking of buying from them please don’t! Avoid at all cost they talk the talk but they will rui. Your business!

I was struggling to find the parts i needed for my machine tried everywhere online and I contacted Andrew and Chris sorted within 10 mins posted same day couldn't recommend them enough brilliant from start to finish

Very helpfull from the outset. Price for Mid Rise lift was very competitive with fast delivery. Unfortunatly cabinet was damaged in tranist but they swapped it over the following day.

Bought a tyre machine I had nothing but problems and now they don’t want to know about repairing it still under warranty only 10 monts old Carl the Owner very rude stay away from this company

Been using geg for the last 10years and has been very good service and equipment has never let me down . Would definitely be using them again.

We are very dissatisfied with the services provided. They delivered the elevators with great delay, they brought others than the ones we asked for. And they only worked for a month, after that they broke down and now we try to call them to come and fix them and they don't even answer the phone. They try to avoid customers and do not respect their customers. We are very dissatisfied, a very ugly and unprofessional organization and service.

Very happy with the 3.0t scissor lift. GEG delivered to the Isle of Man all at a great price. They're really easy to do business with.

I was so happy with the product and service, I ordered a second one for a friend.

SCAM !! Be aware !!

They send scissor lift that didn’t work £1400 + £350 delivery. Unfortunately I was pursued to pay them outside of eBay (due to COVID) that was one of their scam practices. I was fooled by them for almost 6 months (Jamie), Always excuses, very bad costumer service. Scissor lift was installed by professional (£300) and worked on that day and only day as next time I was about to use it I was unable to. They send me bunch of parts that didn’t make any difference, the were very unhelpful through the phone. I suspect that scissor lift was used (not new). EVEN other scissor lift companies didn’t want to come and fix it as it’s is “CHEAP CHINISE CRAP” and this company is well know for it in industry and they don’t hold responsibility for anything !!! (That’s what they trying to tell you but I am about to take that to the test).

After 6 months of stalling i was offered replacement (£350 delivery and £300 installation) or return (£350 delivery).

I am taking them to court for their unlawful practices.

we purchased a 4 post 4 tone lift and a 2 post lift that we paid in full on the 23/07/2020 with the promise of receiving the lifts within 4 weeks however after 3 months of waiting they sent a 5 tone 4 post lift which is not what we ordered as it is to big for the workshop and had one of there sub contractor to install it who was working alone at the age of 87. we have still not received the 2 post ramp and have tried to get a refund from the company for the ramps but they are not willing to deal with this matter therefore we have no choice but to take the matter further though legal action. we have been dealing with carl the receptionist who has been very rude and unreasonable and we have received verbal abuse which is very unprofessional I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMAPANY TO ANYONE!!!!

Company is run by an absolute crook.Carl has withheld thousands of pounds of my money owed in a refund for failure to provide goods. Gold me months ago the refund was made.more excuses that it will take 10 days.. ywt months later im still chasing it.. run a mile from this scammer..you have been warned

Great advice from an expert company selling budget garage equipment which is excellent value - I had 5 star service from Carl regarding an order for replacement tyre changing equipment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GEG to any garage operating on a budget to kit out their workshop.

This company are hard work but to be fair they do replace a lot of broken parts and I finally got an update for my tracking machine so I’m buzzing just be careful of the ones who come out to install they are sub contacted out and aren’t exactly great 👍🏼

10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ if it was available These guys go above and beyond the normal customer service. So helpfull and their knowledge of the equipment can not be found elsewhere. I have and will continue to recommend them. Massive thanks from Brakes & Tyres on Your Drive.
