EVRI AS THE DELIVERY SERVICE FOR PREMIUM ARTWORK
Just speaking to support regarding delivery of items and the only courier is EVRI this is not excellence as we all know EVRI is not a premium service and no customer should have to endure not receiving an item and the unprofessional service of EVRI- I asked if gelato is going to be adding another courier for postage and it would seem Gelato does not care - does not care about the creatives that use the platform neither do they choose to listen to their concerns about how their items re being transported ! No , was the response at checkout the best one is selected at checkout well £5:00 for an express service that would take a week does not seem justified especially with EVRI track record. I won’t be ordering using this platform because of the ONE courier service used which is EVRI .

There is no way to make contact, email please!!!
I have canceled my subscription because, whenever I tried to place an order, the discount never appeared. I canceled the subscription, and—even though I didn't place a single order—there is absolutely no way to contact anyone to get a refund. The subscription fee gets charged, but the discounts are never applied; therefore, I want my money back. Do you not have a contact email address??? Please—I hate websites that operate this way: quick to take your money but offering no means of contact for filing complaints. I want my money back!!

I am so disappointed
I am so disappointed. I had an order on Etsy made by a client of one of my designs that was meant to be printed and mailed to them by Gelato. I set everything up as instructed and linked the two accounts. Still the order wasn’t sent to Gelato so now I have to refund the client. What an absolute waste of time.

Printify vs Gelato
To be honest, I created a test product (11x14 fine art print) and placed an order with Gelato and Printify. I place the order with the Printify on March 9th and the order with Gelato March 10th. I received the order from Gelato 3/18 (8 days after ordering) I received the order from Printify 3/24, (15 days after ordering).
Quality and cost comparison: As for quality, I have to say both POD vendors were equal. Both were beautiful prints with accurate color and detail, and quality of paper. As for cost, Printify charged, $25.21, and Gelato charged $14.19. Results is that Gelato prints are excellent, delivers faster and cost $11.02 less than Printify. I think I've found my new POD vendor.

My poster hasn't been delivered twice.
I ordered a poster here. After waiting a long time, it still hadn’t arrived. So I contacted them, and Gelato sent a second poster for free. But that one didn’t arrive either! I thought I’d wait a little longer to give them some time. But I still haven’t received anything. I contacted customer service. But they refuse to resolve the issue because it’s past the 30-day expected delivery date. Maybe I waited too long to contact them, but I was confident it would eventually arrive.
Now I have no confidence that the posters will be delivered to my customers.

I have used other Print on Demand platforms and Gelato has been the best overall. Easy to use plus the product and shipping is better than other platforms. I can only recommend Gelato from my experience.

This copany does an excellent job with pricing and quality.
This company does an excellent job with printing cards, mugs and calendars. They connect into other platforms like Shopify. I was going to give up on providing greeting cards to my customers at art shows because of expense/profit. With Gelato I can continue providing this product, because the cost is half of a major printing company. I am still having a bit of trouble setting up the card designs in their program. I think this is a "ME" problem. I did have one set of mugs that the coloring was "off" on. They sent me a whole new order with beautiful color, no cost and done quickly.
