Incredibly poor customer service

Incredibly poor customer service. I placed an order with them, and the next day, there was a 25% discount. They refused to apply this discount retroactively. Instead, they offered that I could return everything, after which I would receive a gift card and could then reorder the items.
Sorry, but Shein has a better customer service than this.

Note: Shipping costs 34 CAD, and customs duties are 90 CAD. I would have to pay these again, meaning a total of 68 CAD for shipping and 180 CAD for customs duties.
