Order delayed 3+ weeks due to their own address system error
Ordered on 18th July; by 5th August I still had no delivery. I use Apple Pay Express Checkout, which has never caused address issues on any other site. Their system, however, mismapped the address fields on their end, which GLS then couldn’t deliver to. I flagged this with screenshots proving the checkout data was correct.
They said the depot had been informed and it would be “processed within a few working days.” A week later, they told me there was still an address error — nothing had actually been fixed. After weeks of no resolution for a single item, I requested a refund.
Slow communication, no proactive updates, and a checkout system that clearly has issues handling Apple Pay addresses. Would not order again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are genuinely sorry that your order did not go as expected.
We would like to clarify that when using third-party checkout providers such as Apple Pay Express Checkout, we are unfortunately unable to view or manually edit the address entered during checkout. The address is automatically transmitted to us by the checkout provider and then forwarded directly to GLS without any manual verification or intervention on our side. We only receive a notification if an address is clearly incomplete, for example if a street name or postal code is missing. In this case, we were therefore unable to determine where the address discrepancy originated.
Although the root cause of this issue appears to be outside of our control, we nevertheless took full responsibility for assisting you. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted GLS and attempted to process an address correction. Unfortunately, once a parcel has entered GLS's sorting process, address changes are often no longer possible.
We are also sorry to read that you experienced our communication as slow. We responded to virtually every one of your messages within four hours. The delays you experienced were primarily due to the time it took for the GLS depot to provide us with updates. As we were dependent on their responses, we were unfortunately unable to provide you with new information until they responded. We always shared any updates with you as soon as they became available.
I can see that my colleague has already started processing your refund request. As the parcel is still showing as "In Transit," we are currently waiting for confirmation from GLS that the shipment has been officially cancelled. This ensures that the parcel will not still be delivered after a refund has been issued. As soon as we receive this confirmation, we will process your refund immediately.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused. We understand how frustrating this has been and hope the above explanation provides more clarity about what happened. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What a treat
I bought the SLR Gel Blaster from GelWeapons, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! The blaster feels great, shoots accurately, and is an absolute blast to use (pun intended).
The funniest part? I bought it for my kid… but somehow me and my wife keep “borrowing” it. Every time we go outside, it turns into, “Just one more round!”—except it’s usually the adults saying that. 😂
The gel balls are easy to use, the blaster works flawlessly, and we’ve already had countless family battles. If you’re thinking about buying one, be warned: you may need to order a second blaster, because sharing with your kids (or your spouse) is much harder than expected!

Surprisingly high quality
I’m honestly so supprised by the quality! The At-15 blaster was quite heavy and had a really sturdy build. And the shipping was well tracked and passed uk customs no problem. I’ve already got an order for a x95 on the way!
