Extremely rude customer service
Extremely rude customer service. I asked a question about an item that was out of stock and was told they would not have it anymore. I asked about a similar product that was out of stock and was told it would be back the following week. 3 weeks later I enquired again and it never came back the week after and was told they didn’t make it anymore. I asked “but I was told it would be back a week later” and the answer was “I already told you it’s out of stock and never coming back” I a tone calling me stupid. This person needs to learn manners or at least humility and recognise their own faults before being allowed to speak to customers again.
