I've been using GemBox.Spreadsheet for a while now, and I must say, the support team is exceptional. Whenever I've encountered issues or had questions, they've been incredibly responsive and helpful. Their quick turnaround time and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me have made my experience with GemBox very positive. The software itself is robust and efficient, but it's the support team that truly stands out. Highly recommend!

Iam a reseller and brought you business but when asking your team for help they are not very helpful the team pushes you to a website for pricing which only allows order placement and does not assist with instructions. when contacting them it appears as though we are bothering them. Not very good customer service but product offering is great per my customer .

When i edit a pdf from code and saved the file, i can see my edits when i open the file in chrome browser, but i cant see my edits when i open the file from adobe acrobat desktop

Anyway, as a quick workaround for now, please try adding this:
document.Form.GetDictionary().Remove(PdfName.Create("XFA"));

We use Gembox document primarily for mail merge functionality.
The component is flexible and very fast.
The assistance support is always present and quickly helps to resolve any problems or particular cases to be managed.

We have been working with several of the plugins created by GemBox and found them to have greatly improved our capabilities in file processing.
They are both easy to use and have plenty of advanced options for editing or creating files.

The support team is also helpful and quick to respond to the issues we have experienced. Giving advice on creating workarounds or hot-fixing minor bugs we encountered within a week or two.

GemboxBox.Document from my experience is really easy to use with fair pricing.

But what I appreciate the most is the great and really responsive support.

GemBox software, specifically GemBox.Spreadsheet has been very easy to use. I've converted from a couple of other products and found it relatively easy to migrate to GemBox. I had a case where it took 30 minutes to format a single month of data. I opened a ticket and Mario was very helpful in guiding me to a solution that takes about 3 minutes for a whole years worth of data. A vast improvement.

We use Gembox for email (.msg and .eml), word and excel. It has worked very well for us. It does occasionally give us bugs, but Mario and the support team are very responsive and provide bug fixes within a few days. Much appreciated.

Our laboratory software used Word with office automation for analysis reports for many years. However, execution speed has become incredibly low in current Word versions, so we had to find an alternative solution. GemBox.Document provides all required functionality with very good performance. Of course, the programming model is a bit different, but all questions have been solved almost immediately by the very competent support.

GemBox library is a great product. The functionality is solid and the help, when needed, is better than expected.

We've been working with GemBox for several months now, using their PDF and Word Document libraries and when we ran into an issue they gave us a fix the next day. Their service thus far has been nothing but incredible!

Been using this tool for more than 3 years in our internally developed applications to convert Excel files into PDF. It even support our old Classic ASP applications. Very satisfactory so far and the support is very helpful.

I needed a library for reading huge XLSB files that GemBox.Spreadsheets have been demonstrated to be really fast. I've been working with the traditional Excel Interop library, which turned into a real pain, and this library enabled me to use parallel processing.

The use of the library itself it's also quite simple and powerful. Really enlightened by the product.

I have to say that I had an issue with the library, but the support team was able to address and solve the issue just in a couple of days. That is really good support.

I'm not advance user, I can count on the Support team at GemBox to be there to help.
Their software is updated along with their support pages.
Their product is solid and current.
