Took goods back but no refund received…
Took goods back but no refund received despite numerous messages and promise of refund. I’m now taking them to court and urge anyone who has been affected by this company to report to trading standards and BBC Watchdog

Made an order back in October 2023
Made an order back in October 2023. I never received it. I emailed and had a message from Tom, Regional Mobile Shop Manager who said they would look into it. He thought it must have gone to wrong address and said they would resend order. I never received that either. I asked for a refund which he agreed to. I have never received one . I have sent countless emails and tried ringing but no answer.
I looked up to see if they are a legally registered company and apparently they are so I don't know what is happening. I will keep trying.

Came out to the nursing homeAwful service, money and items not delivered or refunded
Came out to the nursing home. multiple residents put orders in. 20 days later we have had nothing delivered. we have emailed and called to chase and arrange refunds for the residents and nothing. will be going to ombudsman association and office of fair trading as well as small claims court to get our residents money back.
Stay away from this company!!!!

Placed a clothing order for my elderly mother. They took payment and sent a dispatched email yet nothing arrived.
Emailed them 10 days later just to be ignored.
Luckily PayPal refunded.
Seem to be a scam company, AVOID!
